The hotel accommodations were for the most part quite nice but through the first room we got at the Westin was somewhat rundown with peeling wallpaper and stained paint we had to change our rooms they told us that the rooms are about to be renovated and they certainly needed the W however was fineThe food in both hotels was mediocre and the latitude 10 at the W was terrible the services you provided the transfers in the tours were quite fine There was a problem one day with the hot water at the W which they repaired properly and they also gave us a free dinner to make up for our discomfort and the food at the latitude 10 he couldn’t have been more helpful

Costa Rica travel was on top of every detail.
All we needed to do was enjoy our vacation. Thank you to a great staff

we were really happy on our whole trip. We were 12 people from kids to grandma and we all had so much fun! The great time in Costa Rica will be long in our minds!

Everything as you explained for the trip went as hoped for. Everyone on the boat ( 6 of us ) all caught a sailfish, and a huge Marlin estimated at 450 pounds was fought for 4 hours by three people and had to cut the line and say uncle. Fighting the Marlin any longer would have taken almost most of the entire fishing day and lost any chance of catching other fish. Was satisfied with pictures of the Marlin jumping and three tired fishermen. Fourth fishing trip to Costa Rica, three at Los Suenos and one to Quepos. Costa Rican Vacations planned and worked out all of the details of the trip and even had a meet and greet at the airport.

Callie at Costa Rican Vacations organized us a fantastic trip. She listened to what we wanted, created a great plan, and make any changes we needed to. All the logistics went really smoothly, with in country transfers in between hotels and activities. Thank you!

Costa Rica is a beautiful country filled with wonderful people and a happy culture. What a positive destination for a family vacation! We are a family of 3 (9 yo child) who traveled to CR for 10 days in feb 2020. A HUGE part of what made this vacation so special was how EASY it was. That was all because of Costa Rican Vacations and our rep, Rebecca Males. I spent probably a total of an hour working w Rebecca over a few days via email. She was attentive, organized, prompt, and very knowledgeable. She did everything else! As another reviewer stated, we just had to show up! Seriously - everything else was taken care of. We were all able to just relax. No stress about times, no stress about taxis or rides, no stress about making reservations. It was done, and we were just along for the fun and family memories. Amazing! And isn’t that what a vacation is supposed to be about?!
We flew into Liberia, and the second we stepped out of the terminal onto the sidewalk we were in CRV’s care and everything went perfectly smooth- I mean EVERYTHING for 10 days! Our accommodations were wonderful and family friendly; our drivers were prompt, courteous, fun, and knowledgeable; Our guides were excellent. Service was always A++
Special shout out to “Teo” from Cocoa Beach. He drove us from Monteverde to Papagayo and again from Papagayo to the airport. What a kind and great guy! Customer service was amazing!!! Thank you Teo - we were blessed to ride w you twice.
I couldn’t imagine what recommendation I could possibly make to improve.

This was our first time in Costa Rica and had no idea what to do or where to go. We desperately needed someone to hear our interests/requests and create an itinerary based on those things. That is exactly what Costa Rica Vacations did. Rachel was amazing. She was our contact right up until travel time. Always reaching out making sure we had everything we needed. The itinerary she created was always online for me to access to do research on. They started us out in Manuel Antonio at the beautiful Tulemar Resort. We traveled with our two teenage children and needed enough activities to keep them busy. And that we did. Excursions every day... We continued onto Arenal to see the rain forest and valcano. If you are looking for a life changing experience, visit Costa Rica and use C.R.V. to make that visit an adventure. Be careful though, you won't want to leave! Pura Vida!!

Marco was wonderful to work with! He followed up and helped with so many details and ideas of where to go and what to see. He went above and beyond with going to the market and helping us buy wooden bowls as an arrival gift for our team, purchasing them and shipping them to our first destination. Everything went well and our group had a great time in Costa Rica - I would highly recommend Costa Rican Vacations!

They have great packages according to your needs.I had a great vacation with my daughter at our stay at Occidental papagayo this month.There was a small problem at our stay,which was resolved immediately by their team,who are readily available by email or phone and they cater to your needs.Callie Mccoy,Isaac and yermi were very receptive and helpful.Thanks for making it a great vacation for us.

We’ve adventure traveled all over the world to more than 40 countries, sometimes on our own and sometimes with a small group. Working with Costa Rican Vacations/Namu Travel Group was one of the best travel experiences we have had. Our travel advisor, Sebastian, was so helpful and easy to work with, even though we started late in high season with few vacancies, had 7 people including 2 little girls and a number of changes in the process. The trip he put together for us was awesome, fun for everyone, seamless and full of wonderful and exciting experiences including zip lining, Tarzan swings and hanging bridges. Every driver, sport operator and nature guide was top quality, professional, safe and fun. We saw lots of wildlife, beautiful scenery and beaches. Our hotels were lovely and our transportation was perfect from arrival to departure. They also include an in-country contact team that responded immediately to any request or concern. I can’t say enough good about them and will recommend them to anyone I know wanting to visit Costa Rica. In fact, I already have. Pura vida!

Everything was planned per our instructions and all went perfect. Pickup and transport drivers were on time, the vans were clean, and the drivers were very friendly! The places we stayed were within our budget and very nice. All of the activities were great and our group of 6 had a great time!

Costa Rican Vacations did a great job arranging quality hotels and activities, and accommodated changing schedules, even at the last minute. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, and I'll definitely use them again. Highly recommended!

Wonderful, personal service.

This company is the best I have ever gone through. We travel a couple times a year and by far this was one of our best vacations ever. As soon as we got off the plane we were greeted by one of their employees with a sign with our name on it. The line at customs was about a 2 hour wait but they took us to the front of the line and got through in minutes! The personal drivers were always on time and spoke very good English. The resorts we stayed at were top notch. Our favorite spot was Peace Lodge and Tabocon. Beautiful weather and great beaches.

Every detail that was planned by CRV was perfect. We were met by Mary in the airport who got us through Customs in a matter of minutes rather than hours. Our drivers were always on time. Peace Lodge and Tabacon were stunning with great hiking trails and scenery.

What a fantastic trip!! Worry-free!!! We traveled to 2 different cities, went on many excursions, and had a wonderful time! Transportation to everything was great! People were so nice! I would highly recommend Costa Rican Vacations to plan your next trip worry free!!
