V4B Anmeldelser

Good communications, a very good deal, and a pleasure to deal with

I was always kept up to date with regards to delivery status of my car. The ordering process was easy and the advice and customer care was excellent

V4B are with out doubt the most helpful, and attentive lease provider that i have ever worked with.
They have for over 10 years been providing our business fleet cars

Very punctual communications around the enquiry the proposal and finalising the order. The team kept me well appraised of the lead time and any developments for which thankfully there was very little change.

I’ve had many lease vehicles from different companies over the years. I chose to go with V4B this time as they were great help, quick with a quote and on hand to help in anyway they could. V4B made it the best experience and I willl recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a new car.

Excellent service, well priced, quick delivery and patient with my hectic lifestyle 🤣🤣🤣

I have had an amazing experience with V4B after finding them online.
Matthew was really helpful and sensational at getting us a great deal on an electric car.

Caitlin and the rest of.the team were really helpful with the queries I had after delivery and about the financing..

I have recommended them to Friends and Family.

Thank you

Great personal service from Shaun who strived to find me the best deal available. Highly recommend his friendly, professional service, always on hand for advice & chat via personal calls & email.

Fantastic support from beginning to end, with clear and concise updates along the way. When I needed advice (because I'm new to leasing), Richard and the team were there. What more can you ask for

Good overall experience working with Josh and the team; quick and thorough communications. Would recommend them.

Excellent experience with Caitlin.
Kept me informed along the process.
Very responsive and willing to help can't fault. Thanks again!

Initially a fast response on a lease enquiry. After that Josh completely ghosted me - even after submitting a second enquiry. Might expect this on a dating app, but strange behaviour for a company that wants to make money. I can only assume they had better deals to close. Stay away.

Thanks, Josh and Caitlin for your excellent support throughout the process. There was no confusion in the process at all

We have always leased our vehicles with V4B either for business or personal purposes for the last 10 years and have always found them super efficient. From request of the vehicle to paperwork to door to door delivery, we would not use anyone else.

Proper service with a personal touch, that's my experience of V4B - and they managed to do what other leasing brokers could not. Despite having a few contacts in vehicle leasing, I had struggled for a few months to source what I was looking for. I was finally directed to V4B, who quickly grasped my needs, worked out what they needed to do and got on with it. As a first time business lease client they held my hand throughout and ensured that if my contact was away, a colleague seamlessly kept in touch. I've never felt like a simple number through the door, but a client whose name and details they remember and want to look after. Rich, Camelia, Yasmin....I'll be straight back to you in a couple of years when it's time to change. Thankyou / firmly recommended to others.

Each person I dealt with in B4B took the time to listen and answer all my questions. The whole experience was simple and made things so easy. Would recommend to anyone (and have already recommended a few friends) to go with V4B for all personal or business leases.

⁣I recently leased a car from V4B and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with their online leasing process. From start to finish, the process was seamless and easy to navigate. The website was user-friendly and provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Whenever I had questions or needed assistance, the customer support team was quick to respond and always helpful. They made sure I had a clear understanding of the terms and conditions before signing the lease agreement. Overall, I had an excellent experience leasing a car from V4B online and I would highly recommend their services to anyone in the market for a new car.⠀

Amazing service, very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or worries I might of had in leasing a car. I can truly say I would never use any other company.

V4B were extremely helpful from the outset in helping me to order and get into a Tesla Model Y. Dave was quick to provide quotes and Caitlin was extremely efficient in following up on the documents and keeping me up to date on progress. I collected my Model Y and am delighted - thank you V4B. A five star service.

Excellent service and communication. Friendly and professional customer representatives.
Highly recommended 👌 👍
