Fantastic service from Fleet Source from start to finish. Everything was very transparent and straightforward, and the customer service was excellent throughout.

The car arrived exactly as promised, and whenever I sent an email, I received a quick and helpful response. The staff were always polite and professional, especially Artur, who I dealt with throughout the process and was a pleasure to deal with.

Brilliant service from Fleetsauce. Very professional company, kept us updated and informed all the way through the leasing process. Car came as arranged. Luke and Lewis were 1st class always on the end of the phone if I had a query.

Very professional and prompt to start with, expected delivery date dragged on and on. Since signing on the dotted line had more communication from the delivery driver, no handover call as promised when the vehicle was delivered.

Delivery driver could not fault, called 1hr before, called on arrival, and gave good basic info on handover.

From the point of order, documentation, regular progress reports to the final delivery the service was professional and efficient. Well done Fleetsauce for a greta job! In particular Matthew Phillips truely excelled and made the delivery of my new car a pleasant and great experience.

Although I eventually got my car from elsewhere, Claire Fogg not only found me some cracking deals, her customer service skills and friendly approach was simply brilliant. Many thanks Claire

From the offset the team at Fleetsauce guided us through the process of securing a lease vehicle for our young business. From the start Claire was super responsive and supportive knowing who to ask and what’s options were available to us. This personal touch was noticeable throughout. Once a lease had been sourced Matt took over the finance side ensuring communication was clear and timely. What they said would happen did happen when it was supposed to. This was my first experience with a business lease and FleetSauce were great from my very first interaction.
I am a director of a small limited company and I worried I might go to the bottom of the queue because I didn't want a whole fleet of cars, but I was so wrong.

I was after a Jaecoo E5 and first spoke with Jack, who organised everything really quickly and then called to give me the good news right away that my finance was all approved. He also confirmed the car was in stock etc.

Once the finance was done, I was handed over to Luke who was also absolutely brilliant!
Super responsive, answered my questions swiftly and got me a delivery date really fast.

Really happy with the whole experience. I highly recommend.

Artur under promised and over delivered he was the only broker who could get access to the car I wanted, ordered on April 15th, due date June 30th and instead arrived early on June 24th.

Matt was also on hand to help and answer any questions.

Keep an eye on the logistics courier as they are not part of fleet sauce but seem a little shady.
