We originally had an appointment booked with Urgent Dental Care on Bingley Main Street, but the appointment was booked incorrectly by the surgery. We travelled all the way from Bradford, which took around 45 minutes due to it being a Saturday and traffic building up in the town centre. When we arrived, we discovered that the surgery was actually closed and didn’t open until 2pm.
We then made a complaint about what had happened. As a resolution, we were offered a free clean because the appointment had been booked incorrectly. We accepted this as a gesture to resolve the situation.
However, we were then contacted by Dr Zain, whose attitude during the phone call was extremely disappointing. He said, “So are you going to remove the review then?”
Excuse me?
The free clean was offered because the appointment had been booked incorrectly by your surgery in the first place and upon contacting the surgery, 2 members of staff were rude to us! It was not some favour that was being done for us in exchange for removing a review.
We have every right to leave a genuine and honest review based on our experience. We should not feel pressured or expected to remove a review simply because the surgery offered a goodwill gesture following a mistake that was made by the surgery.
What made the situation even worse was the way the phone call was handled. We explained that we were not going to remove our genuine review, and Dr Zain then ended the call. In my opinion, this was extremely unprofessional and showed a complete lack of understanding of how to deal with a frustrated customer.
If a business doesn't want negative reviews, then perhaps the focus should be on getting appointments booked correctly in the first place and ensuring that staff speak to customers respectfully and professionally, rather than asking them to remove genuine feedback.
We could have taken our business elsewhere and spent hundreds of pounds, but after this experience, I would seriously reconsider using this surgery again.
Shame on the way this situation was handled. We simply expected basic communication, professionalism and respect. Instead, we were left feeling that the priority was getting our review removed rather than properly addressing the experience we had. Awful experience!

Had my tooth took out here a few weeks ago..abdul got me out of pain within 10mins.it did take over a hour to extract the tooth but was a back molar..all went well.after a week i developed an abcess which i thought was weird as id been very carefull..it turned out he left some tooth in so it got infected.other than that nice people but for £470 id expect not to be left with a piece of tooth left in my gum

I had a truly fantastic experience at this dental practice. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist gave me a warm welcome and set a very positive tone with her kindness and professionalism. That first impression immediately put me at ease, despite the significant pain I was in.

I had travelled from Harrogate to Leeds with severe tooth pain, and the team responded quickly and efficiently to my situation. Dr. Parasto was outstanding throughout my visit. She demonstrated not only excellent professionalism and expertise but also genuine compassion and care. She took the time to thoroughly assess my problem and explained everything clearly and in detail, which really helped me understand my treatment options.

What impressed me most was her passion for her work and her commitment to making sure patients feel supported and fully informed. It is rare to find a dentist who combines such high technical skill with such empathy and kindness.

The whole experience left me reassured and confident that I was in excellent hands. I am truly grateful to Dr. Parasto and the entire team for their dedication and care, and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of professional, reliable, and compassionate dental treatment.

The first time I contacted urgent dental I was given a same day appointment at the Didsbury practice, last minute this was changed to Manchester. This was fine and the dentist was lovely, I was given a prescription and advised I would need a tooth extracted.
I had to go back 3 days later for the extraction and this was at Didsbury, again the dentist I saw was lovely, I was given a follow up today at 11. I had a phone call at 10 confirming so made my way to the practice which takes me just under an hour. The surgery was closed, I called and explained and they had no record of who called me and confirmed the practice was not open today and that I had wasted my time.
I have now registered with a different dentist and won’t be back.

The whole staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. I was kindly slotted in last minute as I was in severe pain due to a filling done somewhere else, gone wrong. Although going to the dentist makes me really nervous, doctor Alex was great, he was patient and careful, and me feel comfortable. I left the practice very satisfied with the service and great long term results. I will definitely be back in the future.

Best dental practise I ever visited. I was very nervours about tooth extraction and it wasnt an easy one, but Dr Alex and the nurse made me feel at ease and executed it perfectly. I also had a tooth hygiene and cosmetic filling to my chipped front teeth with Dr Diego and I could not believe the results, my tooth was whiter than ever and you could not tell the tooth was ever chipped. Thank you team for all you do! I will definately recomend this practise to everyone i know!

I'm so happy with the check up and filling I got at this practice! I've now registered with them as my dentist going forwards. I had a check up elsewhere at a practice which wasn't very good, and they identified one filling which I needed, and I decided to get a second opinion and came here. This practice was much better, told me more about my teeth and actually I needed three!! Thank you to Dr Alex for being super reassuring and explaining everything - he was wonderful and clearly so knowledgeable. Dr Edina did three of my fillings in one sitting and she was so kind, careful and the outcome is excellent. She explained everything to me and checking I was okay through the procedure, and even asked what music I wanted on before we started to make me feel comfortable. She showed me afterwards photos she took of the decay/ my tooth so I could understand and see the work she did. The fillings look amazing - I got composite (white) fillings and you can't even see where they are. I am so, so glad I came to this dentist practice and can't recommend them highly enough, they are very experienced (especially after the rubbish one I went to initially). It's worth getting a good dentist!!! If I'd have kept with the last one and not got the fillings I needed now, I would have needed more severe work done in the future. Thanks again Dr Alex and Dr Edina!!!

Everything has been really great, the customer service is excellent and the treatments are always less dramatic than I would imagine. I will definitely keep coming back.

I did 3 implants with Dr. Alex in 2018 and honestly it was one of the best things I’ve done. The implants are still perfect today very strong and look just like natural teeth.
I also went back in August last year for another treatment and again, everything was great. He’s very careful, professional, and explains everything in a way that makes you feel safe.
If you are looking for a really good dentist, I really recommend Dr. Alex

Had a pleasant experience which simply turned me in a return patient.
Dr. Tsimbalist always took good care of my needs (implants fillings and crowns mostly) with utmost professionalism, and the friendliness of the staff is always a little plus.
Would 100% recommend.

Was able to fit me in for an emergency treatment on the same day by staying open past hours.
Treatment was reasonably priced given it was an emergency.

Dr. Alex also really makes you feel calm and has great music choice! Something you defiantly want from your dentist, especially as I'm scared of them!

Had my fillings and an Implant replaced. Honestly I got the implants in Harley street. This was a far better experience, the price was less than half. I could not be happier

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Daniel and Asma for my first tooth removal, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. As you can imagine, having a tooth pulled can be nerve-wracking, especially with all the horror stories you hear. But from the moment I walked in, I was treated like a long-time patient rather than a first-timer. Both Dr. Daniel and Asma made me feel incredibly comfortable, with their friendly, welcoming attitudes and professional care.

Asma is such a great asset to the team—it's clear she genuinely loves what she does. And Dr. Daniel, I truly wish you were my regular dentist! You made the whole experience smooth, even with plenty of humor thrown in to ease the nerves. Thank you both for making what could’ve been a stressful appointment into such a positive experience!

I had the privilege of being under the care of Dr. Alexander Tsimbalist and his phenomenal team - Dr. Gaston, Dr. Sivan, and Dr. Diego - who have been my dental saviors for the past 8 years. In the hands of this remarkable team, my teeth underwent a transformation that exceeded all my expectations! They didn't just fix dental issues; they restored my confidence to share my smile with the world.
Over the years we have been through a variety of procedures: from fillings to root canals, crowns, extracting milk teeth and pulling adult teeth down, hygienist, braces and eventually invisilign. Every procedure, even the most complicated, was done with professionalism and efficiency. From the initial consultation to the final follow-up, the experience was exceptional.
