The order was just as it looked and described on the website, it was very well packaged and I was able to track the delivery step by step. I would certainly buy from this company again I was very pleased with the purchase so will be keeping it but I am certain there would be no problem returning items.

V good value, efficient delivery and really good quality rugs. I have bought two and would happily go back for more. Lots of people comment on how nice they are. Particularly good if you like natural fibres, contemporary feel, good quality. Very pleased.

I really like the design of this floor lamp. I thought the base would be a richer, darker brown - it's kind of dusty looking - and was briefly considering painting it. However, I'm very satisfied with Urbanara's service, and the colour of the base is growing on me.

We ordered a couple of rugs which can be difficult without seeing them. They arrived within a week and we are so happy with them. The range of pictures on the website were helpful and true to the rugs. Would definitely order again and recommend.

This company sells quality goods and is very helpful. I would thoroughly recommend them. I absolutely love the new blanket I purchased from them and it arrived in reasonable time. It would have been helpful to have know that the goods were coming from abroad as then I wouldn't have had to ring about delivery, but I have nothing negative to say.
