I bought wool blankets and a cotton bedcover: everything was very good quality and the delivery was with ups, so I could track it step by step.
The only negative thing: you do not have idea of a delivery date when you buy, you are told your delivery date only a few days after your purchase. But I think that it is worth the waiting.

This is the third or fourth product I have ordered from Urbana. Again excellent quality, thank you.Easy to use on line, efficient service & I like the presentation...nicely wrapped with receipt in booklet. All most appreciated,especially the efficiency & reliability.

I love my urbanara purchases but if you are in any rush and you bought 2 items of which one is available, but the other is not (so fairly you get the discount)...you will get both at the same time i.e. the later one.
I bought a scarf and a rug. The scarf was available straight away but the rug was not so I was happy to wait. However, after 4 weeks of waiting for my scarf I contacted urbanara who informed me that they will send it to me now at no additional cost but if I wanted the scarf straight away (as it was available) it would cost me an extra delivery. Definite delivery misinformation there as it should be made clear on the checkout when the items are going to be delivered and if you would like to wait or have them shipped separately.

The overall quality is perfect and the products ordered arrived well packed. I am specially happy with the quality and softness of the alpaca blanket.
Also, when an issue happened, specific to the shipping services of my order, Urbanara promptly replied and the people at the customer service team provided specific help and all the info needed. Excellent.

I always have a good experience when buying from Urbanara. Their products are always great quality and value for money. Their goods arrive promptly and are really well packaged. No having to wrestle with tape, the packaging breaks down easily to go in the recycling.
