I found all the staff to be very helpful, would definitely use their services again.

Urban enabled me to sell my property cheaply and easily,wirhout the need to involve any dodgy incompetent estate agents .i cannot recmend urban too highly.

Great support on the phone and good value for money.

I chose the premium package as it was the first time I rented out my flat. I found them very helpful and efficient and will definitely use them again next time around. I would go for the same package again as the ability to sign the tenancy agreement online saved a lot of time and hassle.

The website was very easy to use and enabled me to advertise the property in the way that I wanted to. It was reasonable value, and as a bonus, I had lots of enquiries and three sets of people wanting to rent the property. It was also easy to pause the listing and to take it offline. I will use the service again.

A simple process that helps landlords advertise their property to the maximum number of prospective tenants without the hassle and cost of using a letting agent. Highly recommend.

I don't understand why people use high street agents anymore specially as they just list properties on right move and zoopla and sit down and wait for tenants to contact them.
So don't waste your money with agents and use websites like this to find your next property.
Urban is more expensive than others so I wish they reduce their prices accordingly.
Otherwise great company to deal with.

Very helpful, easy website to use, i particularly like that they are available 7 days a week. Answered my queries regarding clauses for AST quickly. Professional and friendly staff. Received lots of queries, liked that I got them. Via SMS and email. Will use again.

I am sure Urban does a very good job for its sellers & landlords. However, my experience as a potential buyer was not good. Having put in an offer for a property they were selling I received a response from Urban that the vendor was having one more viewing and would get back to me after that - so far so good. After that there was no communication from them, in spite of me contacting by phone TWICE and being told they would get back to me which THE DIDN'T. A few days after this ( a Saturday) the property was no longer on the market. When I contacted them on the Monday - bearing in mind urban functions 7 days a week- they said yes another offer had been accepted and that they had intended to get back to me - knowing their previous record I wonder when? I realise Urban's commitment is to the vendor but they need to treat potential buyers with respect and basic good manners

Been using Urban (Sales & Lettings) from the very early days and several years later, still use them and easily recommend them - especially if you’re a self-managing multi-Landlord like us - can’t go wrong, value for money, easy to use systems and accurate info gets texted to my mobile immediately when someone enquiries about a property:)

Excellent support and a great alternative to using 'local' letting agents. So pleased we have tried doing it this way and will definitely be using the Urban.co.uk team again.

The only disappointment with URBAN is that I was not given all the information supplied by the tenant and so had to waste time contacting each applicant. I only discovered this when I asked for information and was told it had already been given to URBAN. Other that than the team were very professional and I would ensure that I was given all the information next time. The advert was not quite as written by me but I was able to "edit" and get it right. I would use them again.
