All the online agents advertise on all the main sites. Urban.co.uk is no different here. However, where they excel is with personal service. You can phone and speak to a person every time. The staff are always very helpful, polite and efficient. I would highly recommend them.

I’ve been using Urban to advertise rental for the past four years. They are always a pleasure to work with. The service is professional and timely, and the charge is honest and fair. Wouldn’t want to go back to deal with some of the high street agencies who would offer a higher rental price to get your business and only to mark it down afterwards.

I've been using this service for years. Very helpful and professional for landlords who are self motivated and confident managing tenants themselves. Everyone finds properties on Rightmove these days, so the value of the traditional third party property agency is diminished. This is the way forward in my opinion.

I let 3 properties with urban, and would definitely recommend this company for anyone who simply wants the tenants, but is willing to carry out the viewing's and paperwork etc...

I would like to suggest though, an option for urban to give to landlords to fill in a tenancy online. For example a base document such as an up to date ast, and then allowing the correct info to be filled in online, and then it can simply be printed and signed, or perhaps even better, signed electronically when the tenant gets an email to the document.

I for one would happily pay for this service, as it saves me time writing and printing scanning and asking the tenants to send the documents back etc...

In any case though, urban is a great letting service.

I was unsure who to use and how to market my rental properties which gave me the opportunity to add my personal touch and stay in control. Urban gave me all of this. I was able to upload my own descriptions and photos, yet ask for extra services and help if needed and availability and the standard of support was excellent.
Both my properties were let within a month. I call that good!
