Rubbish customer service and product
The shoes I ordered were sized wrong and had to be returned. Unze customer services promised to refund the return postage which cost me £13.14 (already paid £6.99 shipping on the order). Now they tell me they will not refund the £13.14 return postage so I have spent a total of over £20 on shipping charges when the shoes cost £20 each. I phoned Unze customer services to complain but they are not interested and the manager is never there.

Disgusting service.i ordered for next day delivery and paid charges for next day delivery.its nearly 15 days now,but still didn't recieve my order.i tried to contact customer service number lots of times,but they don't pick up the phone.i have contact them on their whts app number,and u know they seen the messages and didn't reply,after 5 days of my messages they replied and asked me about order number that i have already sent in our first communication,but i sent again them my order number and its again 7 days didn't recieve any relpy from them.today i txt them again i need refund.still no reply.They are stupid.Please don't trust them and don't order to them.they making people fool.digusting,rubbish service.

appauling customer service
I have been a loyal customer for years, I can't deny their products are good but the customer service is RUBBISH. They are happy for you to buy buy buy but when it comes to your returns, they have the worse customer service EVER. they are rude. they do not take you or your complaint seriously and it will take over a month for a refund, even though you have proof of purchase. They do not believe in loyal customers, they don't not believe in respect and they definitely do not believe in politeness.
Like I said, products are good, sale prices are amazing but the customer service on the phone and in store is utterly rubbish. A business like that will lose it's barakah.

Horribly stupid they are
Horribly stupid they are. Can't explain in my words how they behave. Making customer fool by telling about their so called 365 days exchange policy where they didn't allow me exchange even after next day. They give me faulty product and when I ask for exchange they put glue on my shoes without asking me. Cheater and rubbish people.

I read all the reviews before and…
I read all the reviews before and thought they were lying and fake however after my very own experience they are all telling the truth and are real I made a full order of £60 then was told all of them items were out of stock and the refund took 3 weeks to come
2nd time they charged me £5 extra for an item and I never recovered it back even after explaining to the customer service he put the phone down
Lastly I am waiting a refund again which has not arrived it been a week I don't know when I will get it they truly scamming and looting people very bad company very poor service they don't know what they are doing very dodgy

absolutely joke of a service
I ordered a bag online yesterday 10/01/19 paying for next day delivery. I received an email saying my order is dispatched and to expect another email with the tracking number which never came. I called them on 11/01 at 4 pm to find out what was happening with my order. The guy on the phone was useless, not listening to anything I was saying. I was told my order would not get to me until Monday so I told him to cancel it and give me a full refund as I need the bag for Saturday.
He could not explain why I did not receive an email or why nobody contacted me to tell me my order was not going to be delivered. I paid for next day service but they obviously have no idea what next day means.
I was offered 10% off my next order as a way of compensation. What an insult!!!!
I would never go back to them as they have no idea how to keep the customers happy.
Whatever happens please do not order or pay for next day delivery as they will NOT provide this service.

Third class shoes
Third class shoes, low-quality material, and after-sale service is very poor. They are not willing to return the product. I have filled out their return form and completed all their requirements but still, they have refused to return their product. Totally Unacceptable

They never refund the money
I have ordered 4 pairs of shoes but received 2 of them,Messaged customer service several times but no reply den I opened a case in PayPal resolution centre where unze replied that they will proceed my refund within next 72 hours but no refund even after 2 months den PayPal gave my money back luckily and it’s not about one order they did the same thing twice thrice weneva I ordered
