By about 8.40am I was standing at park avenue bus stop to get this UNO bus to go to Watford in the morning today on 18/07/23. According to their schedules my next bus should be on 8.52. So I was waiting and Google map shows bus departed without seeing it physically. And shown anther bus comes on 8.54 which is also not arrived.
But bus suddenly appeared just few minutes pass from 9am and driven away without stopping ignoring my sign.
Then I called interlink and explained what has happened. Then they given me uno’s Custemer service number as 01707255764 but it’s also wasted and nobody answered.
At the end wasting my time nearly an hour bus actually arrived on 9.24 which is right per schedules.
This is so frustrating and inefficient service which is not reliable to fulfil people’s needs. And they should be ashamed to get wages without knowing the facts of the duty.

Extremely garbage bus service. Never ever comes on time. I have experienced many times rash driving by Cx bus driver. I don’t know why they just ignore the passengers waiting at station! I mean if they don’t pickup people properly how’re they gonna get business. It seems Uno is ignorant about the services since there is a monopoly in Miltenkeyns area. There shall be strong competition.

Uno buses to London are never on time. I have to consistently wait for an hour or two to get 614 and 644. Worst service.

Awful service, trying to get to college from Milton Keynes to bedford and have to leave at 6:30am to get the bus. Today it didn’t even turn up. No updates on the bus app. No replacement bus. Also I have to complain about the customer service! Rude and crap drivers- I’ve been on 2 buses that have crashed (which crashed into a wall and also into a bus stop)! Another thing is when I wanted the bus to go to Milton Keynes coach station because I had a coach to take I gave myself time to get there and wait a bit to get my coach. The bus ended up 20 mins late and it took over 1.5 hours to get from bedford to coach station! I pressed the buzzer to get off and the bus driver never stopped, I ended up missing my coach and I was very angry. Never the less it happened twice! Ridiculous! I gave it a 2 star because the double deckers are very new and comfy with charger ports. But that doesn’t make up for the fact it’s a bad bus service. An improvement could be updating the app more often as I rely it to tell me where the buses are.

This is the waste service bus in the uk. Always coming late and doesn't know how to behave to customers. They treat people like dogs. I have my personal experience that when bus stops I entered into the bus suddenly the driver asked me to get out from the bus for no reason,waste and waste bus service. Pls every one try to avoid this bus service.

This is the worst bus service in the UK. The company give the option for their busses to come extremely late, or earlier than scheduled or don’t show up at all. Be ready to wait in the cold for hours, then when the bus arrived, they simply pass you by leaving you speechless. Numerous complaints had been made, but they just simply put them into trash can. I don’t know why this company still exists, with this attitude and service quality, they should be long under.

How can you improve,,, by coming on time and not lying to the public making us late to work and uni every day, this the most budget bus service in history, " great" Britain should be ashamed of its for allow such a crap company to run the bus service, you would think with all the tax we pay we could atleast get are moneys worth: date of experience,, every day kmt

Can't even get home in this crisis, no 601 or 653 directly to Welwyn, waiting in the cold for nearly 3 hours. tried to speak to the driver but he told me to walk away. I'm going to be honest, take a train if you can, they're much more efficient. If you really want to make a better travel, hire more drivers on certain routes.

Worst bus service I’ve ever experienced . The 614 and 644 are always late and never arrive on time. They are jeopardising peoples degrees. If you are too incompetent to get the job done then let another bus service do it !!

This company couldn't even be bothered to acknowledge my complaint about a very rude and abusive bus driver.
He's well known for his disgusting conduct and had been investigated before.
The bus service is terrible. Late and cancelled services and rude staff..better off getting a train or taxi

I have been using uno since it is the only one I can take to get to work. It is never on time and just makes it really hard to do anything. I have been waiting for over an hour for this stupid bus.

Terrible service you provide to customers.... Because of the work I am forced to travel by bus 602, every day they have to cancel a race on a little. We wait with the hours for the bus to come, it is inadmisil after you have also increased the price of the tickets, very often I have returned or showered with the uber to work or home, I feel like an idiot when I know I have a paid subscription to keep it in my pocket and not to use it. Anyway..
Stay as far away from this company as possible.

I need to use the Uno bus service to travel to work in Hatfield.
I have complained many times about the fact that there is no information on their app detailing delayed or cancelled buses. I know they now use Twitter to give updates when a bus has been cancelled but the Uno App still shows the bus as running on time. This week my 644 bus from Hatfield to Queensbury has not arrived 3 out of 4 days . On one occasion when I called their customer services the person I spoke to had no idea why my 644 bus had not arrived.. he had no info at all ... which is disgraceful. It seems clear that Uno Bus has no interest in providing a good service to their paying customers......
