We’re sorry to hear you feel this way. We did everything possible on our end to assist, including waiving the HOA fee as a courtesy and sending the required documentation directly to the therapist for completion. Unfortunately, approval decisions involving housing or final accommodation acceptance are not controlled by our company.
We truly tried to help move the process forward and appreciate the opportunity to assist you. If there is anything further we can do to help clarify the process or provide additional support, please feel free to contact us directly.
