Another classic favourite ruined. Bland, dry and tasteless.

Bought some Cornish Wafers recently that tasted rancid. The use by date was October so they should have been ok. I sent a complaint well over a week ago but all I get back is an automatic reply asking for the same information I have already given. I doubt I will ever buy a Jacobs product again. Disgusting customer service.

Made the mistake of buying Krackawheat biscuits something I loved growing up. They taste awful, cardboard would be better.

Why has the recipe changed? Avoid this at all costs

Krackawheat totally ruined. Given the extortionate price, the total lack of taste, and them having more holes than actual cracker, make this one of the worst cases of product change for shareholder profit ever. As for Cheddars, they are off the shopping list, too. Dividends first, sucker public second.

What have you done to Butter Puffs corner cutting no doubt they are hard and flat and taste disgusting rename as ButterFlats I have eaten these all my life I know My Butter Puffs I’m 72 now and will never buy them again

What on earth have you done to my favourite treat Krakawheat, I tried the first one then the rest went immediately in the food waste bin. They are like cardboard, tasteless, hard and completely unappetising. Why change something that people enjoy, I’m sure your sales have dropped since the change, let’s have the original back please.

You have destroyed my favourite biscuit KrackerWheat. why have you changed a great biscuit to this disgraceful item.
I stopped buying these several months ago, decided to try them again, awful.
I think it’s time to forget about Jacob’s, and change brand.

Bought some twiglets and they where disgusting, went straight in the bin. Apparently a new improved healthy version.. If I was looking for healthy I'd buy an apple.. Twiglets where on of my favourite snacks... Won't be buying again until the originals are back which I doubt will happen.. I note from a lot of the reviews on here there's a lot of changes to products. Who gives you the right to tell me what's healthy or not. It's my choice not yours... DH,s

Forget krackawheat their finished. buy Tuc sour cream &onion crackers and primula cheese with chives in a tube. once you try them i promise you won't miss krackawheat ever again farmfoods stock both...

Just bought a packet of KrackaWheat. Pressed sawdust springs to mind. Absolutely dreadful. What was my favourite biscuit for cheese or simply with butter on its now inedible. Why on earth change it. I cant work out why the recipe would change other than it having a cost saving element. Well its certainly cost saving for me cause I won't be buying them again!

Will you just stop producing your latest version of krackawheat and change it to krapawheat because thats how they taste now. fire the person who changed recipe and revert back to original recipe ASAP. I'mthinking of making a YouTube video about united biscuits making poor tasteless products, as they clearly arent listening to consumers. remember without us you wouldn't exist.

Have United Biscuits completely divorced themselves from their customers? I bought a pack of Krackawheat Crackers as a treat after being on a strict diet for a while and was completely horrified. I honestly thought I'd bought some "knock-off lookalikes"! They bear absolutely no resemblance to the crackers I knew and loved. They are insipidly pale and grey with virtually no "Krack" whatsoever. They should be called "Blandawheat". They should certainly not be allowed to mislead us by calling them by the same name as the originals. Are you trying to besmirch the Jacob's brand? Give them back to McVities to make. Whatever you do, please, please, please read these reviews and realise that you have made a terrible mistake and GIVE US BACK OUR KRACKAWHEAT!!

Dreadful new recipe of Krakerwheat - which used to be my favourite. They are impossible to spread with anything as they are so thin they break up. I tried to spread cream cheese on some and it oozed through the huge holes and out the other side ??? Whoever is responsible for this rubbish should got back to cookery school.

Jacobs Mini Cheddars, So greedy for more profit you have taken the cheese flavour out, Nothing like what they used to be you should be ashamed of yourselves. I don't understand how you think it will make you more money as people will just stop buying them, I know I will.

Butter puffs! Taste stale no puffiness just fall apart so disappointing as these have been my favourite biscuits for years. Not going to buy them again though

Absolutely shocking.
I buy them all the time but this last lot I received yesterday are the size of a penny and are hard so a definite change in ingredients..
Just another example of following suit feeding the masses c""p with tiny portion sizes and low quality ingredients.
Yeah I won't be buying them again.
On a good note I'm losing so much weight not buying into the pay more get less b.s and I'm using butchers in Scotland for my food supporting farmers and giving up on greedy supermarkets chains.

appauling customer service!!! and ignoring my emails yet there is manufacturing defect with the large bag twiglets!!! they choose to ignore!!! i have tried to contact multiple times yet zero response and shoddy defective products!!!

I’d give the new Krackawheat zero stars if I could. Absolutely appalling, used to be my favourite. I was really looking forward to lunch today. So disappointed I wasted my money. Definitely won’t buy them again and I’d advise everyone else who likes these to boycott them too until they return to the original recipe.

What the F has happened to twiglets, now horrid flavour and even taste burnt, don't buy, 2 tubs for the bin this Xmas.
Apparently now baked with less salt and some flavour that is not twiglets.

I'm complaining about the,awful taste of Twiglets. A taste that I loved every since they came onto the market now ruined by something I can only describe as disgusting as unpalitable - I had to take it out of my mouth it was that bad !! All my family and friends say the same.
Definitely don't buy these new over baked ones.
