Dear United Biscuits UK, Have Got To Ask- What On Earth Have You Done To Your 'Kacka Wheat' Recipe, The Original VERY Delicious Crackers Had Been Both Mine And My Families Regular Favourites Since First Being Originially Produced, BUT NOT ANY LONGER! So PLEASE United/Jacobs Make Us All Happy Once Again By Reinstating The By Far Original Krackawheat Recipe. Thanks For Listening. Phil & Concerned Fam6

What have mcvities done to rich tea biscuits ,just like eating cardboard, why can't they leave the original alone and make another type with lesser ingredients for those that want to choose them, but they have definitely altered the original.

The new recipe for Crackerwheat is appalling. They were my favourite crackers now I will not purchase them again. Just revert to the previous packaging design and contents and I will be a happy customer again.

Just got a double pack of Jacobs cream crackers.
These are bland. No taste. Like eating cardboard, says original recipe. No way taste disgusting

What have you done to this the Krackawheat recipe. Tastless, irregular shape always expensive but I was willing to pay the price for a premium product, now over £2.00 a packet. Had to do a 'double take' to make sure that I had bought a different brand. Will not buy again.

I love tuc cheese sandwich but fed up of wasting money always broken in pieces some no cheese I'm wasting my money and I love them

What ever did jacobs think would be better than the original krackawheat recipe? Then packaging is different and then taste like a cheaper cracker like dry cardboard, and for nearly £2.00 a packet, I won't be buying any more! Hope they change them back to original one!!!

Bring back the original krackawheat, Sainsburys own cream crackers are a better option than the new incarnation they are selling!!!!

Krackerwheat, what have you done, this was my favourite cracker but they are now absolutely awful, been missing off our local shelfs for ages, will not be buying again!

Utter garbage first they change krakawheat from orange pack to blue then pack them on edge to break easier now theve replaced the wonderful salty crisp cracker with some cheap knockoff that taste worse than a 20p pack of greek holiday no brand cardboard.. tried one... thrown the rest into garden for the birds.... odd even they wont take them

Bought what I thought were Krackawheats recently and noticed the packaging was different. Opened them a few days later to find a completely different looking cracker which tastes terrible. I actually looked at the packaging again as I thought Id maybe bought the wrong ones - but no. The rest will be binned and wont be buying again - not enjoyable at all. Very disappointed!

I hate you United Biscuits, and I will never ever forgive you.

Couldn’t agree more with the comments made so far. ‘New’ receipt so very poor and nothing like the original. Looks and feels like cardboard. Why change?

I think that your R+D department need to have a "new and inproved" shakeup, what have they done to krackerwheat, what must surely have been a best seller has certainly plummeted to rock bottom, please admit that you got it wrong and bring back the original krackerwheat

Agree with all the other contributors here, KrackaWheat are now KrapaWheat. Favourite biscuits unavailable at Christmas, now relaunched but awful.

Need to rebrand these, 'Kardboardwheat'!
Used to be my favourite with a bit of Red Leicester, more tasteless than cream cra(p)ckers now.
Won't be buying again!

What have you done to Krackawheat?! They are a completely different cracker and are absolutely awful. They should be marketed as a new product line rather than passed off as what used to be the No.1 cracker. Shame on you.
