Communicative, friendly staff who follow through on what is asked of them.
The Tempest was everything we could have wished for. The position of the property, the property itself and the owner, for whom nothing was too much trouble. A gem with a " can do" attitude.

Just a beautiful little hideaway with exceptional features!

The process for making the reservation was very straightforward, there was great clear communication from start to finish, and the property was exactly as advertised.

Unique Homestays kept their promise: Lost College in Kerry County (Irland) it is a truly unique place and made our holiday a very special and exclusive treat. Superb Experience. From initial enquiry and booking, we felt our precious holiday time was in safe hands with UniqueHomeStays. Simone was excellent in guiding us and we had everything we needed in terms of communication both before and after our stay. Pomona in Cornwall was an unforgettable experience, the luxurious property and idyllic location ensured we had a much needed restorative break. Whilst a peaceful location amongst beautiful sculptures and a magical garden we were close to all the coast has to offer. With the wonderful hospitality of Liz of the owners, we were made very welcome and as if our home from home - we had everything we needed or could possibly need. We very much hope to return again to this location one day and will definitely be booking with UniqueHomestays in future. Thank you!

An amazing array of high quality accommodations that have been carefully curated for their uniqueness. We were thrilled with our choice and the hosts were very welcoming. From the extensive and beautifully presented house book (notes and recommendations) to the fast and clear email communications, I’ve been thoroughly impressed and will be booking again!

The cottage is so quaint, furnishing and decor are 1st class. It is situated along a totally private road, within a 10 minute stroll you are at beautiful secluded beach, with crystal clear waters. I would recommend Beach Cove Cottage in a heartbeat.

A very beautiful House.
From the moment we arrived at The Knapp we knew this was a special place. Location was perfect with incredible views across the Slad Valley. Plenty of walks. The interior was perfection; everything you'd hope from an English Country Cottage. It has been renovated and decorated with an expert eye and a brilliant attention to detail. The kitchen is a cooks dream; a pleasure to make meals in and then sit at the table with that view.

We had the most amazing family holiday at Studio Fold in Nutbourne! The house was amazing and perfect for the grandchildren! They have a fantastic BBQ and outdoor seating area so we did a lot of cooking in! Really well stocked kitchen and 2 dishwashers which was great for an extended family of 10!! The beds were all very comfy!!

We loved all the recommendations from the owner particularly Nutbourne vineyard. My grandchildren loved the house and the huge garden too - it was very safe for them ! We were able to take the family dogs and they loved the holiday as well!!

Definitely a 5 star house!! The staff at Unique Home Stays were also so friendly and helpful!

White Beach Cove was such a beautiful home to stay in. It had every amenity we could require and was immaculately clean.
The setting itself was stunning and peaceful, with just a short drive into Beaumaris. Our two children were able to relax but there were lots of activities relatively close by to keep them entertained (beach, walks, rib ride etc).
We had a lovely holiday and would definitely highly recommend.

Ich bin leider sehr enttäuscht über die Geschäftsgebaren der Firma. Ich habe ein wunderschönes Apartment gemietet. Darin gab es nur weiße Handtücher keine speziellen Kosmetiktücher und ich habe die weißen Handtücher ganz normal verschmutzt wie es eben passiert, wenn man sich damit abtrocknen. Es gab tatsächlich Make-up Spuren. Daraufhin erklärte man mir, dass Das reinigen dieser weißen Handtücher über das normale Reinigungspensum hinausgeht. Das Apartment hat 450 £ die Nacht gekostet Die Kaution in Höhe von 250 £ habe ich nicht zurückbekommen. Zudem hat ein Gast eine Nacht auf dem Sofa verbracht. Auch hier erklärte man mir, dass das Sofa über die Maßen gereinigt werden müsse. Leider gab es dazu keine Beweisfotos.
Die Art und Weise nachträglich die Miete zu erhöhen ist doch sehr gewöhnungsbedürft

Amazing house in an amazing location

We loved our stay at Tangle Belle. It’s a very special place and so beautifully decorated and furnished. Great to have an Aga as well. Lovely place to unwind and lots of nice places to visit with some great restaurants and pubs nearby too.

The unique homestays team are wonderful, absolutely fantastic customer service and incredibly responsive. We were able to use credit from a past booking that we unfortunately couldn't make and they made it very easy for us to use for a future stay. The home myself and my family stayed at was lovely, we had such an amazing time! I would definitely book with unique homestays again and would love to go back to the property we stayed at!

With a company name that suggests it delivers a type of property it was refreshing to see Unique Homestays delivers what it says on the tin:)

Throughout our booking Hannah dealt with us in a thoroughly professional manner which is refreshing as our stay did have a few issues. She is very good at her job and a credit to the industry and that comes from someone who has run a leisure company for 35 years!

Libertine ticks many of the boxes for those of us who are looking for a good location away from the madding crowd and is a lovely property. It is not though the best for a dog owner but hopefully the constructive comments will help the owners improve or withdraw from this facility given it costs £60 and the safe outdoor space is 20ft x 12ft and not well maintained. Similarly with a little bit more thought the hot tub area could be a delight and a secondary dog secure area.

Overall we had a lovely stay but with the owners the next property along the drive (next door) and not nearby we wouldn't have chosen this property as the delivery vans were the other dog issue.

To sum up Libertine ticks the right boxes for non dog owners and Unique Homestays are a credit to their industry and if it wasn't for Ivy (Cavapoo)the mark awarded would be 5 stars.

Senara is a great house for a large family. Brilliant layout for young children too.
Stroll to a great surf beach or chill by the pool. Can’t fault it! Till next year …,

My family has had two of our most favourite holidays ever with Unique Homestays. Northcott Beach House, where we stayed on both occasions, is in the most stunning location right on the cliff top of Cornwall’s gorgeous coastline, with easy access to the beach below. The view from all windows is spectacular - you never tire of watching the ever-changing sea! The house has everything you could wish for to make the holiday comfortable, luxurious, and very special. It’s an easy one mile walk directly from the house along the SW Coastal Path into nearby Bude, and the geology of this famous coastline is amazing. The service from Unique Homestays is second-to none. Thank you!

We stayed at The Studio in Upper Slaughter and could not have been happier. It's a old renovated barn and was much bigger than we expected. The photos really lived up to the hype! The owners were super helpful with any question or query we had and give us some great suggestions for things to do in the area as well as places to eat. We can't wait to go back and thanks to everyone at Unique Homestays for making the booking seamless and for helping us pick the perfect place for our week break in The Cotswolds.
