The products are very good and could have more variety.

In December 2019, I ordered a custom-made piece of clothing and paid for it, but never received it. I did not receive a useful response for years. Apparently, the company went through a reorganisation after the owner died. They promised to give me in-store credit if I removed my feedback from Trustpilot, but they never did. This happened about 2 months ago. I feel the need to tell everyone about my bad experience with them. One star is far too generous; -5 stars would be more appropriate.

My order is still stuck in customs, here in Portugal. I have to pay €95 on top.

It would be good if (1) you'd enter a package value below €150 when shipping to Europe, so this instance could be avoided, and (2), the customs clearance possibility would be mentioned on the site on the checkout.

Not good unfortunately, my last order arrived but the item was faulty. It was a discounted item and I don’t think you have anymore of those particular item & I can’t be bothered to pay for return.

Really special clothes. Good delivery time. Maybe the sizing can be a bit variable but I've never been not happy wearing Unconditional out.

I like Unconditional clothing. I ordered a T-shirt which was out of stock in my size. I was contacted and offered a similar T-shirt in a suitable size. This has arrived and I'm happy with it, as I am with my beautiful designer shirt. My little collection of Unconditional continues to grow!
