What a disgrace of a company! If only I'd checked the reviews first!
I like many others ordered through Wowcher and have been fobbed off by the merchant and Evri!
I have to say Wowcher were actually really helpful and have refunded me, I just wish they would stop letting this company scam people through them!

Same as everyone, scam. Ordered on 1st December and nothing has arrived. Disgrace and if you go to dreamstore site, there website is not even working. DIsgusting

Ordered an advent calendar, was given an evri tracking order but soon disappeared. 2 weeks of fighting to get my refund. Do not ever buy anything from this company, it is shocking

Ordered a 7 led mask from wowcher via the UK dreamstore. Despatched on the 5/12 supposed to be delivered by the 12th. It didn't arrive. I was told to wait until the 16th, it didn't arrive. Contacted wowcher, evri and the UK dreamstore. Apparently lost in transit. I see a lot of reviews on the same thing. Obviously a scam avoid!

As with the other reviews, Evri showing they have the parcel and cannot locate it. Contacted ukdreamstore who said they will look into it then went silent. I have raised a dispute to have my money returned

Another scam! Ordered the led face mask as a surprise gift for my wife - still waiting! Who does the fault lie with though? Evri advise they have ‘lost’ the parcel (after chasing them repeatedly for updates once the delivery date of the 15th was missed). We all know Evri are cr@p but was it ever really given to them? Is the issue with Wowcher who you redeem the voucher with? Or with UKdreamstore (who you can only contact via an email address which no one ever replies to) …. Seems like a scam as ukdreamstore website doesn’t work but wowcher must definitely be in on it!

Wish I’d read these other reviews first - I have ended up (hopefully) getting a refund via my bank after reporting the fraud to them

Boots ordered via Wowcher delivery reference for evry but never turned up. Chased with Evry, but they never got it from ukdreamstore. Dream Store say "sorry, wait five business days for delivery" but of course, no delivery or any contact. Will try to get credit change to charge-back

Yes same as other people on here. Ordered a LED face mask through Wowcher who are absolutely abysmal. And yes not arrived. Nothing updated and no help from anyone.
It seems Wowcher are involved in this scam as they pushing all the products. Please avoid.

SCAM Company operating on Groupon. They give the wrong postcode for EVRI delivery so when you enquire about your parcel that never arrived (when they claim it's been delivered) the postcode is wrong so Evri won't help you.

I ordered through Wowcher, it says Evri had the parcel on 2nd December, no updates since. I’ve called Evri and their automated system says this company has never sent it. I’ve sent an email to them and Wowcher…. But came across these reviews in the meantime. I’m hoping the gift gets delivered but potentially scammed like everyone else!

As with all other reviews there is delivery issues with UKDreamstore. They supply you with a tracking number for Evri. So they are posting something. The Postcode given to Evri is not the same as yours, meaning when you chase up the non delivered item with Evri they are unable to assist as postcode doesn't match. This means someone at UK dream store is getting YOU to pay and diverting the Item to them. Theft pure and simple.

Order Advent calenders Via Groupon( who also should be held to account for allowing this com to use them). Supply a Tracking number Via Evri, so are posting something. But Evri Tracking number doesn't match the the postcode given the merchant. This prevents Evri assisting you as the postcode not Valid to Tracking reference. You cannot see photo evidence of Delivery because of this. Therefore someone at UKDreamstore is getting YOU to pay for something and getting it delivered to them. Despicable. As you can see by the reviews this is too frequent to be anything other than Theft.

ordered curling iron via wowcher .. delivery was good item arrived in 10 days of purchase.. not tried product as it is a stocking filler for xmas .

Like dozens of others, ordered a K Pop demon hunter calendar via Groupon and its never arrived, company are scammers.

Avoid like the plague.

Same as everyone else. Ordered stuff and never arrived despite the “Hermes” tracking number. Needs closing down.

Unfortunately I've fallen foul to this scam of a company like most other people on this page. Ordered a Kpop Demon Hunter Calendar that they claim was delivered with no confirmation email or proof of delivery photo. The fact Groupon continue to work with this company is baffling. Have logged complaint and the merchant is due to get back to me in 48 hours. Wont hold my breath if the merchant is UK Dream store.

Same as everyone else, ordered 2 k-pop demon advent calendars and it’s says it has been delivered via evri but nothing has arrived, have a ring door bell which shows no one has delivered it at the time stated. contacted evri but postcode isn’t right so they can’t help as they must of given fake postcode! Contacted Groupon and said would contact me within 48 hours ( so we shall see but from other reviews doesn’t look good) can’t believe they are still selling this products on there site, as they must have loads of complaints. Shame on Groupon!!! People are losing money to scammers!!

DO NOT order from this company. Order placed via Groupon. Update confirms my order has been delivered. Order not delivered. Go to track the order and the company have used a bogus post code as cannot find out where the order has been sent. Chased up and no response !!!!

The same story as everyone else. Bought from them using Groupon, and they entered a bogus postcode. No idea where my package is. Groupon are being no help either. Stating that I have received it there's nothing they can do. So I'm now going to harass them every single day until they refund me.

Shocking. They said they sent it out and got delivered but it hasn’t. Definitely been scammed Do not buy
