Awful brought a kids 7inch android tablet and paid for express delivery was promised delivery on or before 20th through Wowcher. The tracking provided was with Evri. The status of shipping went to we collected it at 6pm on the Monday, however it said this at before 10pm on the Monday so how can they have collected it before that time of day had even arrived?! The parcel still is on we have collected it with no change. The company have said they will send out a new item and that I am to wait 10-12 days for delivery. How can this be when the original item should have been delivered in 4 days! I am not hopeful in receiving my item nor getting a refund. I have also asked for the new tracking number for the new item, I however have not been given this. It looks as though I will have to claim through my bank to get my money back. Looking at the tracking for the original item on Evri it says the company is shopperholic limited, this company was dissolved in September 2024. So it looks like tax evasion, scamming and definitely not legitimate company. Wowcher should be ashamed to work with them.

Absolutely shocking order a teething toy twice and never received them

Ordered a fit bit which was waterproof, but they sent a watch which was not what I ordered. Have returned the item, see what happens now.
Wish I had looked at the other reviews before ordering from them, as I would not have ordered from them.
Advice from me, keep well away from this company.
Do not order anything from them.

Ordered 3 items via wowcher none have been delivered, wowcher don't want to know so I'm massively out of pocket now. Avoid wowcher and UK dreamstore like the plague

I ordered a USB heated blanket for my daughter. It came but wouldn’t work. I’ve emailed them numerous times, most are ignored by them. I have asked for a refund many times but they are just ignoring my emails now. I cannot afford to lose my money, it is so unfair, something should be done about this company!

Absolutely shocking how this company can get away with taking money off people who are looking for cheaper alternatives due to cost of living and being sold something that is far to small and not fit for purpose. Customer services is also shocking they are no help either and wowcher don't help. Stop these money rinsing companies from stealing people's money. This should not be allowed. Will not be buying from them again.

A diaster from start to finish avoid at all costs, customer service almost non existance dublin phone number provided kept getting automated voice mail office closed a scam no response to emails,finally contacted through whatsapp yo be informed i did not redeem my vouchers witk Uk dreams and recived a goodwill credit to reorder products so ordered again first ordered on 2nd dec finally arrived on 22nd jan not packed properly for electronic products so both boxes broken and battered never again only after your money and terrible customer serbice

Oh my god I ordered a coat as I am broad Shoulders I decided to go for 5xl omg my granddaughter can’t even wear it is so small never ordering again from Wowcher or this store what a load of rubbish completely let down should not be trading

I wish you could leave zero stars or a red flag for this company and for Wowcher! Neither company are interested in customer service nor post sales’ service but are very happy to take AND KEEP my money! Avoid both companies completely is my view!

I ordered on 12 December a breathing koala toy via Groupon. Said it would be delivered before Xmas. Tracker indicated it had been delivered on the 19 December. Not true and I was at home all day.
It finally arrived on the 31st December. Bit late as it was a Xmas gift. However not only did it not arrive on time, when in inserted the batteries it did not work. So far I’ve sent 3 emails outlining why I want a full refund. They keep repeating that they can’t find my order number. I suspect they know exactly that it was not working, probably returned by someone else as the top of the battery box and screw was just thrown into the badly packaged item. I can’t see them refunding me as they won’t even acknowledge sending it.
This is a scam company DO NOT USE. I’ve sent email to Groupon but daresay I won’t get any satisfaction from them either.

I ordered 1 north face jacket from wowcher via this company and they haven't arrived. Evri saying my package was delivered but won't give me any more details as my postcode they have for me is wrong. I live in London and the post that thay have is from derby And try getting in contact with themis nightmarebecauseits an automated telephone. There's no other way to contact them also wowcher is saying contact them. Im absolutely mess. They conning people avoid them don't buy anything from them or wowcher they both scamming innocent people!!!!

I ordered two bags from UK Dream Store through Wowcher. After placing the order, I looked up the company and saw the reviews, which left me devastated. My parcel was shipped via Evri, but it was stuck on “It’s on its way” for an entire week. I was convinced I’d been scammed and wouldn’t receive it. However, I emailed the company, and they were reassuring. To my surprise, my parcel arrived within 10 days in total, and the bags look exactly like the photos!

Absolute daylight robbery! I ordered two bears from Groupon via this company and they haven't arrived. Evri saying my package was delivered but won't give me any more details as my postcode they have for me is incorrect. And try getting in contact with them is a joke. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Item delivered much later than expected but did eventually arrive but box was severely damaged. Looked like it had been kicked around the warehouse for a couple of weeks.

Ukdreamstore is not in uk. Item 'apparently' despatched but sat in an evri store for over a week. Was never despatched as had email saying out of stock. Had to fight for money back, which I got eventually - less the credit handling fee (whatever that is). Wowcher advertises this company. DO NOT ORDER from them as you will be fisappointed

Wowcher, Ukdreamstore and Evri SCAMMERS! How this is being allowed is beyond me!
Listing should be taken down. Won’t be using Wowcher anymore. Ukdreamstore obviously using old tracking numbers to look like deliveries are being completed. No response to emails.
