Don't use this company, you will be very sorry if you do.

As a Liverpool company you would think that an order to Liverpool would be dealt with swiftly, but not so, firms like this one are the reason that scousers get a bad name, and after reading the reviews, shame on you.

We are a Liverpool Church and ordered cups for our Christmas Carol service, we ordered them in November to give the company plenty of time to deliver them, especially as we used the firm once before and they where shockingly slow to arrive.

This time they did not arrive at all, we where told they had been lost in transit, we believed that and, we where told they would be sent again, they have still not arrived and its the 9th of January, it cost us a lot of money to go and purchase cups for our service.

Today we recieved a refund, which tells us that the second lot of cups have not even been sent.

Avoid this company at all costs, they have no pride in their work and no consideration for their customers.

Been using them for 2 years now.

Always good, but this time they have excelled.

I ordered some Haribo jelly babies via Amazon. The package arrived on time but the container for the sweets had been opened & there were a few loose sweets in the box. I phoned UK Business Supplies direct & spoke to Isaac. He asked for photo of the damaged container to be e-mailed which I duly did. He replied within 15 minutes to confirm a replacement would be sent immediately. It arrived within a few days & the container was undamaged. Excellent customer service from Isaac !!

Beware, they lie. I ordered 4 units from them via Amazon marketplace but only one was delivered. I contacted them and they faffed around for ages, even calling me the wrong customer name despite giving them my order number twice. They then said that they had no stock, so they could either do a refund for the price difference to one unit or for the the return of the whole order. However, they are still clearly showing stock availability on their website, so have simply lied to me to avoid honouring the original price for 4 units.

My order arrived short of one item .. called them straightaway .. had to jump thru hoops to get it sorted with “ has to be investigated “ no I am the customer , ordered in good faith your mistake .. they admitted they had two labels printed and only one box sent out .. just awful service would not use this company again

Rubbish Company, poor Service.

Twice now I have ordered from this company, paid and then emailed a few hours later to say the product is out of stock. Very frustrating and poor customer service. You urgently need to find a way to update your website with stock availability.

Excellent service - quite a big (but light) box - ordered Friday, arrived next Monday evening. Most impressed. I shall be using them again.

The most efficient and courteous customer service. No queuing on the phone. Upgraded my shipping as I changed my mind and the item arrived next day. Cheapest and best quality barrel cask I found anywhere online. Great product and great price

I would not recommend buying from these as I requested to return items and now 6 weeks on and keep getting fobbed off with the same excuses from various employees. Am now having to go to small claims court to get money back!

When the product I ordered arrived there was an issue with some damage. I emailed UK Business Supplies and received a response within the hour. After reporting the issue I was given the option to choose how to proceed. A replacement item was dispatched and arrived within 24 hours. Excellent customer service, I would recommend this supplier.

I ordered my items on December 28th and it’s now 13th of January and still no items. I cased my order up on the 7th of January, where I got told they was missing one of my items as it wasn’t in stock and wasn’t going to send it until they got it back in stock (which they said was end of February)
This is such a shame as the items are well priced and a very good company

I've already written a review. But here I go again. Items were inadequately packaged, they were put in a box with some brown paper to fill the gap. Two of them seemed to be leaking but not very much. their coverings were torn, but the items are still useable. Hermes are notorious for throwing orders about, I've seen videos on Facebook - you need to use bubblewrap for packaging. I would have to seriously think about ordering from you again, sorry. But I still think the colour changing air fresheners are a great idea, very pretty and suitable as a gift at any time, but not if they are damaged.
