Buying a new car this way was very straightforward. The only issue was that the vehicle was a factory order and not from stock, the quoted delivery from Ford was extended by 5 weeks then subsequently brought back to around the original quoted delivery date. Generally a safe and satisfactory experience.

This is the second time I have bought a car from UK Car Discount. The first time, I was very nervous, because I had never bought a new car online before, and the price seemed too good to be true. However, I was so impressed by the service I received that I had no hesitation in using them again. The savings that you can get on new cars are incredible! (£5,500 this time!) I did compare them with other online car brokers, but their prices were easily the lowest. The staff in this family-run company work extremely hard, and they respond to e-mails very quickly, either by the same medium or by phone. No question is too stupid, and they are always friendly, polite, informative and very efficient. If I ever buy a new car again, they will be the first port of call. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Brilliant deal on my Ford. Very helpful staff. Ordered car , no problem. It was delivered on time by lovely driver. All information and guarantees etc very clearly set out in emails from uk car discount. Together with information about coatings etc. If I have any questions at all about my new car, I feel happy to give them a call, and I know they will do all they can to help. It was good to see my new car, and be totally happy with it before I had to pay final balance. Receipt sent straight away by email. Will definitely use them again.Highly recommended.

Generally the service received from UK Car Discount was very good. They responded to emails after I had sent them one. However, I felt that they could have been a tad more proactive in providing updates to me, rather than me having to chase them. My car was delayed longer than originally expected and I needed to be kept up-to-date with developments.
Nevertheless the team was always polite and friendly and I would certainly be happy to use them again in the future.

ordered in june for delivery by oct. 8th and arrived to my home
on oct.5th. at 9.30 am.
then i was able to visit my local 2nd hand dealer who
transfered the agreed price to my bank a/c before later
in the day paying UK Car Discount ! FANTASTIC service at

I was a bit wary to start with, prices are way lower than at a dealer - there must be a catch surely?
NO - simple order process, very friendly, they keep you in the loop every step of the way. All done from your own home.
Even when I ran into problems making the final payment - they were on hand to offer simple advice.
Car arrived, Car paid, happy customer.
Would buy again (if you want to save £'s, you should too!).
