A very happy customer.
My new car arrived yesterday and I'm very pleased not only with the car but the excellent service from UKCarDiscount. I was initially a bit wary of buying a big-ticket item such as this "on-line" but Brian and the team were very helpful, answering all my questions with patience and understanding. The process is very straightforward and they kept me informed of the progress of my order and then the delivery day.

Very poor service
Very poor service. I ordered a car on 4th June. I was assured twice in August delivery was on schedule for September. In the final week of September my car was cancelled and the deposit returned. The cancellation was communicated by email, a telephone call would have been the least I would have expected from a reputable company.

Thanks for taking the time to post your review, we have read the system notes and emails relating to your order, and we are sorry we could not supply a vehicle within your required time frame. On reflection, we should have made it more evident there could be a possibility of production delays due to the COVID 19 impact.
To conform to government guidelines, the BMW MINI factory closed for three months and then had to be regulated for social distancing before reopening with a much-reduced production capacity due to component suppliers having similar issues.
We are sorry these issues adversely impacted the production timeline of your vehicle.
You will see from the hundreds of positive reviews on Trustpilot, your experience is certainly not to the usual high level of service we provide to our customers, and we will take on board your comments and strive to keep customers better informed in the future.

If you want a brilliant, painless and cost effective way to buy a car choose UKCD
I was a little anxious at making such a large purchase online so I researched all of the various companies out there. I chose UK Car Discount as not only were the prices and reviews good but I liked the do not pay for your car until recieved and checked by you policy.
Wow have we been happy, UKCD have been brilliant throughout, always providing polite, helpful and quick responses. The process has been easy and faultless throughout, would we recommend them to anyone wanting to buy a new car, most definately and in the future we would not go anywhere else.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Decided on the car I wanted and paid a deposit at the start of June. Received a call in early August informing me the car was ready and arranged delivery later that week. Have a lovely brand new car sitting on my drive and have saved £4000 on the price I would pay in a dealership! Will 100% be using them again and recommending to family and friends. Thanks!
