UFH Trade Direct Anmeldelser

Have used this company for many projects from a kitchen extension to 6 bedroom complete refurbs. Paul is extremely helpful and knowledgeable providing detailed quotes and technical advise where necessary. Would confidently recommend this company to others and will continue using them for future UFH projects

Outstanding service, highly recommended them. I didn't know anything about underfloor heating but after speaking to Paul who did all the design service for me, I was able to lay all the pipework myself saving a considerable amount of money. He told me how much pipe was needed & the whole layout was easy to understand. He even told me where to place the clips. All I needed was a plumber to fit the end of the pipes to the manifold. I contacted a few underfloor heating companies when I was getting quotes but none of them explained the process as well as Paul. All products arrived next day & I will be definitely using them again.

Great company been using them for years for all our new builds

We been buying Underfloor heating stuff from this company and always received delivery in time.

I have been using the services of UFH for several Years, and they have always been very helpful, knowledgeable and reliable. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for underfloor heating.

Where do i start!

I converted a barn and had a requirement for underfloor heating throughout. After consulting a number of suppliers, it was clear there was a standout leader in this field when it came to knowlege and expertise as i had conversed with many others as my project was not standard. They worked with my architects drawings with minimal input before emailing a quote for me to consider at my leisure.

Save yourself wasted time and engage with UFH Trade Direct as you will not be dissapointed.

I’ve used this company now for the last 3 years. Their prices are competitive within the market but the main reason I use them is there’s no hassle. I ring Paul up and he designs the system based on what’s necessary, what’s realistically feasible and the clients budget. It gets delivered on time, (usually the next day) it’s quality stuff and on the one occasion in 3 years where there was something missing they pulled all the stops out to get it to me the same day.

I purchased a manifold from UFH as it comes fully assembled with all the connectors which was a huge plus for me saving time and ultimately money. Delivered promptly, would buy from again.

I purchased a full underfloor heating system from UFH Trade Direct after a recommendation from my plumber, they even did all my plans and advised me on the most suitable system for my property as I knew the result I wanted but didn't have a clue how to achieve it. I couldn't be happier with the product supplied and service I got from UFH, I would definitely recommend.

Great service, products and price.
Good quality products, well priced and with excellent customer service.
I use UFHradedirect as my primary UFH supplier and can say that I have had zero problems with any of the equpment supplied over the years.

I would not hesitate to recommend!

Great Service & products.
We have used UFH Trade Direct for many years now. Paul is beyond helpful, always a great help during the design stage and always a quick delivery when needed.
Over the many developments we have done we have only had a couple of small issues with the product but they were rectified very quickly and efficiently.

Very pleased with both the service and quality of under floor heating products supplied. Very easy to deal with and understood my requirements and helped my plumber with the most cost effective solution. I had little knowledge of under floor heating but they explained the options very well. Highly recommend.

Cant fault the product or the service. Ordered and then the layout changed at the last minute due to a late survey. Called UFH at the late stage and they were able to accommodate with a few changes. Deffo would use again and the pricing seems very fair.

I used this company once.
Paul was very helpful and replied quickly in our communications. However, don't use this company if you plan to buy your supplies way in advance. Bought a two way under floor heating kit from them. Then explained that I will want to expand in the future so wanted a 4 way manifold instead. I paid for the 4 way and kept it until we got to the installation phase of our build. Turns out the 4 way manifold was to large for the area designated to the system. It had been six months and the 4 way manifold is still in the box but they would not issue a refund for it. They are still in the under floor heating business and I would have gladly paid a restocking fee. Now we are out £180 . We're now referring our clients, friends
and family to The Underfloor Heating Company in Basildon which offers next day service to London and you can purchase systems in advance for your projects and return unused products.
