I never received my pillowwhich was ordered 2 months ago, even though it was supposedly sent to me 3 times. Last time I was offered to have it sent to my workplace. It has been 2 weeks now and I have not received it yet. I requested a refund and never got any email back on that. Their app for tracking your order is very difficult to use and misleading. Never got a tracking reference for the last 2 deliveries and therefore did not get any notice on when to pick it up.

Received two amazing pillows from the Sleepshop Athlone. Best nights sleep I’ve had in ages. Would highly recommend to anyone. Great service also! Lily Agg

I Bought 2 mattress from David.Who was extremely helpful and so so very nice.No problem with delivery and also the driver was very nice and chatty .He put them in the rooms upstairs and took away old ones. Would highly highly recommend anyone looking for mattress to go to the sleep shop athlone. Highly Recommend 😴😴

The Sleep Shop website is bright and fresh looking, easy to navigate, to find what you are looking for! Good selection of quality products!! And, it's an Irish company!

I have ordered the bamboo pillows and can't wait to get them...and the team are lovely to deal with it if you have any queries! Thanks David!!

I will update the review once I have tried out my new pillows..

Needed new beds and matresses, David looked after us as soon as we entered the shop and really listened to what we needed and we got a good discount as well. So happy with the delivery, my two sons are also really impressed with the mattresses. So comfortable. David just took care of us, delivered great customer service and made the whole experience painless.

We were looking for a closet bed, headboard and mattress, visiting several of shops in and around Athlone. David of the Sleep Shop, in a very professional and friendly way, showed us a number of options for each, including the manufacturer, features and benefits of each, including price, unlike the other stores we visited. This enabled us to select the combination for our exact needs, including the our pocket.
They were delivered on time, precisely as we ordered and the deliver driver assembled it all ( with minimum help from me and took all packaging away.
I would unreservedly recommend Dave and the Sleep Shop for all your bedding needs

I ordered a latex mattress topper several months ago. I was delighted with the comfort of it. I have just ordered and received a second one (single). They both arrived very well wrapped and in good order. David at the Sleep Shop has always responded promptly to any queries I had, and I would certainly buy with confidence from him again. Excellent service!

We were recommended to David by a friend. And after a couple of minutes, it was easy to see why they recommended him.

His knowledge of what we needed, his understanding of our budget in which he did everything he could possibly do to fit what we required in that budget. He recommended that we go with a two and a three which now sits perfectly in our new sitting room, and the king bed and mattresse has made sleeping so much easier with our new born.

What I would like to praise David for most, is his personality. Everything from the second we walked in wasn't just about the sale, but about getting to know us, and that made it so much easier for us.

Highly recommended.

Just bought my third mattress from The Sleep Shop. The quality of these products are excellent. David is so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Don't waste your time going from store to store, just buy here and save yourself time and hassle. You'll be a customer for life.

Excellent customer service. Wonderful company to work with.
I have previously ordered bamboo pillows for both myself & my family and was really pleased with them. I recently began a new job in Italy on a yacht and being away from home for long stints at a time it's nice to create home comforts. I called David & he remembered me from my previous order & was more than happy to help me ship my pillows to Italy the very next day! Incredible service! I am thrilled with my new pillows and have sleep so well since they arrived. It was so easy to order & receive them such a simple process thanks to David & his impeccable customer relations.

Served by Tracey, who was friendly and professional, at no time did I feel pressured to buy.
I purchased a very good bed, and it was delivered with care in very good time, will certainly return and recommend to friends.

Got a mattress here following a recommendation from a friend, and will happily pass on the recommendation again. Excellent customer service from David, mattress delivered as expected, and all good since.

Nice eye-catching website. Irritation #1, not possible or clear how to decline cookies....on to another site to buy a mattress.

Excellent service!!

Can highly recommend this store. David was a gentleman to deal with and helped us choose the perfect bed and mattress. He kept us updated with the delivery. The only problem I have now is that I never want to get out of bed!!

I recently purchased two mattresses from this store which were very good value. I found David very helpful, knowledgeable and informative in selecting the best mattress for us. There was a good range of type of mattresses and price points in the store. I would have no hesitation in recommending The Sleep Shop to friends and family. The perfect nights sleep awaits those on The Sleep Shop mattress!

Excellent products, exceptional service and fast delivery. Highly recommended!!

100% recommend this shop. David and his dad (apologies I dont know his name) are both gentlemen to deal with. Very friendly and give top advise. No issues at all with orders over the phone or in shop. I have bought 3 times from them and will be going back again no hesitation at all. Very friendly and helpful people.
