I love the duo products that I got but the tint I originally ordered was slightly too dark for my complexion. I ended up ordering another set in a tint one shade lighter and it’s perfect, the product is wonderful. The reason for my 3 stars is I’m not satisfied with their return policy but it’s my fault I didn’t check before ordering, shame on me. They don’t allow you do return open/used even if just used once. I find this frustrating because I couldn’t try on beforehand and I spent $90+ on products I can’t use. I’ve ordered foundation from other companies in the past and they have money back guarantees if the product doesn’t work or doesn’t match, but typology doesn’t. The other issue I have is when I went online to select the correct tint, it didn’t specify originally it was going to charge me again, there was no price when I checked out so I thought they’d do a swap. It wasn’t until I got my confirmation email that I saw they charged me again for the two products. Just very disappointing that I paid $180+ essentially on 2 items because I can’t use the other 2.

Tinted care trio
I first ordered the tinted care trio. When I finally received the order I was hooked it's all I use now and within my order I received the Face Care Starter Kit- 5 products I tried the samples and I bought L13, A41, & D41. Typology has replaced my products and the way I take care of my skin through skincare and makeup.

I really like the concealer I ordered…
I really like the concealer I ordered and feel the ingredients are clean and trustworthy. It is the only concealer that doesn’t make crease. I do wish they made a shade light than fair 1! It is nice in the summer but it does become dark in the winter.

Livraison très rapide envoi hyper soigné packaging perso j’adore j’ai acheté les patch réutilisables et ils sont top ils tiennent bien ne glissent pas une fois mis en place les crèmes associées sont très bien au niveau de la texture mais il est bien trop tôt pour juger de leur efficacité le baume à lèvres est je trouve génial et appliqué sur les pommettes donne bonne mine immédiate ☺️ bref j’ai repassé une commande pour le masquera et le duo sérum et soin teinté merci pour cette belle expérience ps un petit label bio serait un plus

My new favorite skin tint!
I've just tried typology for the first time and I really like the product! It feels great on my skin and makes a visible difference. I used the Ilia skin tint for several months but stopped because it was so thin, oily, and came off after an hour - this one is moisturizing but has a much more substantial, almost matte finish on the skin and seems to be longer lasting. It's a lovely color and texture. The smell is sort of earthy, but every skin tint I've tried smells like that as well. Just takes a minute to get used to. I look forward to buying more from Typology in the future!

Ich habe mehrere Produkte bestellt - das getönte Serum, den Concealer und noch ein Serum - die ersten genannten Produkte sind nach wenigen Benutzungen in den Mülleimer gewandert. Das Serum will ich gar nicht mehr probieren. Das getönte Serum hat unglaublich gejuckt und gepeelt, egal was ich für eine Pflege darunter verwendet habe. Der Concealer kriecht in wirklich jede Falte. Definitiv das Geld nicht wert!

Belle expérience, dès l'ouverture du carton on est immergé dans l'univers. J’ai apprécié le courrier personnalisé avec les instructions sur les produits.
J’aime bien l'odeur et les textures poura crème hydratante a 9 ingrédients et le sérum A31.

Très mauvaise expérience
Très mauvaise expérience avec Typology.
J’ai passé une commande de 261 €, qui a été acceptée puis annulée sans aucune explication. J’ai dû contacter moi-même le service client pour comprendre que c’était simplement parce que j’avais commandé plusieurs exemplaires du même produit.
Je trouve ça vraiment inadmissible. Si vous ne voulez pas que les clients commandent plusieurs exemplaires, il suffit de limiter les quantités dans le panier. Faire payer le client, annuler ensuite la commande et lui faire perdre son temps, ce n’est pas sérieux.
Je suis un particulier, les produits étaient pour mon usage personnel, pas pour de la revente.
Au final : commande annulée, temps perdu, argent immobilisé le temps du remboursement et beaucoup d’agacement.
Je voulais découvrir et utiliser régulièrement vos produits. Avec cette façon de traiter une commande de 261 €, vous avez tout simplement perdu un client.
Je ne recommanderai pas chez vous et, après cette expérience, je déconseille clairement Typology.

I purchased some tinted products and…
I purchased some tinted products and they are too dark for my skin tone. All I wanted to do is exchange them for a lighter shade. I can’t figure out how to get ahold of anyone. The website is an endless loop of clicking and you can never find an email address or chat feature to get any help. I went in and selected a new shade and then it just created another order and now I have no idea if I can get a refund for the old shade or if I’m just spending more money to get the lighter shade. I like the products, I just wish I could talk to someone!

This is not only one of the best makeup and skincare lines I have ever used, it also has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced from any company! Questions and follow-ups submitted on the website and by email about how best to use the products are answered quickly and completely, and snafus are dealt with promptly. As for the makeup, my only complaint is the tiny print on the packaging - sometimes I have to use a magnifying glass to see what is written, and other times I have to research what a particular product is for and how best to use it. All that being said, I really have yet to be disappointed.
