Billed for lunch break
The removalist’s went on a 45-60 minute lunch break while driving from my old house to my new, which I was billed for. Making the over all job go longer than quoted and making the final invoice a lot more. Apart from that nothing was damaged and the move went well

The two young men were very polite and courteous but they worked slowly. There was a lot to be done and there were some heavy items eg the work bench. They would not take the work bench for this reaso
The two young men were very polite and courteous but they worked slowly. There was a lot to be done and there were some heavy items eg the work bench. They would not take the work bench for this reason but later that week a single guy used a trolley to take the bench down the bottom of my driveway by himself!! Your team also forgot to bring two TVs to my new address - by that time it was late in the day so I said not to worry and I got someone else to bring my TV sets to my new place.
I had chosen Two Men and a Truck as someone had highly recommended them. I did not realise this was a franchise so different teams operate in different areas.
It was not the fault of the young men - they worked diligently but did achieve sufficient amount of work in they 8.5 hours. They were very tired so could do little more.

Easy start to finish
Booking process was easy, April was very helpful throughout the whole process. The 3 removalist assigned to us on the day were also fantastic, very efficient and friendly.

Seamless and easy move.
The two young men were very abliging, cheerful, courteous and above all did a fantastic job moving our possessions safely nothing was too much for them, the cost was minimal infact less than we anticipated.
Overall, Two Men and a Truck were on point from the first time l called them, keeping me up to date on what was required from us to relaying pertinent information, l highly recommend them if you are planning a move. Thankyou Two Men and a Truck.

Extremely disappointing experience
Extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend Two Men and a Truck.
I was given an estimate of around $500. TMAAT says my final cost was $2,170 — more than FOUR TIMES the estimate — yet I still had to physically help carry bags and boxes and then make multiple trips in my own car to finish the move.
They knew beforehand there were two flights of stairs, a narrow driveway and a large double-door fridge, yet a third mover ultimately had to be brought in at additional cost. On the second truck run, they essentially took the fridge and two lamps despite other belongings remaining. I have photos showing the amount I subsequently transported myself.
Their aftercare/customer service has made an already stressful experience worse. I found the customer service extremely unprofessional, dismissive and difficult to deal with. Calls were dodged or passed around, and getting meaningful answers was incredibly frustrating.
I also dispute the circumstances surrounding payment. After I had already formally complained, a further $1,170 card transaction appeared on my account.
Their proposed resolution? $105, conditional on accepting it as full and final settlement. I refused.
I have retained the emails, booking records, photographs, bank records and their own GPS information and am now pursuing the matter through formal consumer channels.
More than four times the estimated cost and I still had to help and finish the move myself. I would never use this company again.
