Selling good after sales/warranty very poor.
Bought a Corsa in March and in fairness the salesman was very good and helpful. Obviously he tried to sell the add-ons, extended warranty, protection for paintwork and the seats etc. Turns out the best thing we did was to not buy any warranties and protections as it appears they’re not worth the paper they’re printed on. Much like other reviews I feel enormously disappointed by their response to a problem with the windscreen washer. It feels like they are using the £150 cost of doing a diagnostic test as a means of scaring us off trying to get a repair through the warranty.
It’s a sad way to end our experience of being a customer.
18 years old and first purchase of a car
My 18 year old son went to t wall to look at a car he had seen on their website.
The car he wanted to view wasn’t at the Kingswinford site, but luckily saw a car that had just arrived which he really liked. My son was told it had literally just come into the dealership and was waiting preparation. My son didn’t mind and took a look around the car.
He instantly fell in love with the Ford fiesta 70 plate not even priced. So we got talking to Rob, cut a long story short, my son ended up getting a finance quote and being accepted. Deposit paid and was told ready for collection Sat. 5 days after purchase.
Wednesday my son got a call to say car would not be ready until Saturday (1 week after original collection date) due to curbing on alloys. Garage insisted on these being done before collection, which was fine. Who doesn’t like freshly coated alloys.
So then my son was told collection Thursday (nearly two weeks after original collection date) At this me and my son went up to the garage to be told it’s still with the alloy place. So we went to check to see where the car was, to be told we only had the 2days ago.
In the end the garage delivered the car on the Thursday. Happy son for three months until the gear box goes …
He was told it’s up to a 6 week wait to get the car in to be looked at. After my husband ringing up and specking to the manager Paul Simmons he managed to get the car in straight away.
Then my son was told the part of the gear box may not be covered by RAC warranty and he would liable for £3.5k. Again after a conversations between the manager/garage and my husband, the car is now fixed all under warranty. Happy son again.
We feel the garage was trying to take advantage of an 18 year old. We felt he got treated differently because of his age.

Very Poor Customer Service.
Car (Ford) booked in a while now for a recall. My daughter arrived at 8:45 ready for a 9am appointment and had a call as she was unloading her 1year old from the car at 8:47 to say parts not available ? As I had called to book the car in for her weeks ago I called to complain and was told they only had the paperwork come through this morning stating they needed to cancel ? They gave no notice of this cancellation prior to her arrival. I contacted customer service for the complaint process and was told to raise firstly with the dealership which I did and was told the service manager would call me back. He hasn’t called and to be fair they didn’t seem bothered at all when I spoke to them about it. Certainly after this recall I won’t use them again and certainly would put me off buying a car if their customer service is this bad. They will I am sure reply to this review with some excuses to justify today but honestly very poor service and no call back makes it worse.
Warranty
My Citroen had is first service, at less than one year old, 4k on the clock: at T Wall, Kingswinford
Previously, a fault had shown up on the dashboard with an air bag warning light and a notification through the Citroen app. I reported this when booking the service on line. When I arrived the receptionist told me that they wanted £150 if they cannot find the fault. I explained that it was under warranty and not prepared to pay again and certainly for someone else to decide if I pay. She put a line through the work instruction and refused to investigate. I found the receptionists less than cordial, unbusinesslike, or helpful.
We stop using this garage some years ago for new cars or service with issues. Its unfortunate its now our local Citroen dealer.
We are unclear if Citroen offer any viable warranty, and have contacted Stellantis explaining the issue and the company, offering to take it to a local garage or Renault to review; but I have not received an answer to date.

I put a deposit on an i10, was told 3 days for it to get its mot. service etc. No contact after 6 so thought I'll cancel, can't be bothered with chasing it. Sales man said he needed to cancel anyway, the radio needed repair so was going to the main dealer and would likely over price the car so wouldn't be worth it for them. Why hadn't they told me this before? And I thought it strange as they really over price cars in dealers. I asked to be told if it was repaired so if I hadn't found a car I could go for that again. Days went by and the sales man called me to tell me about another car. I looked on their site and there was the car they said they couldn't sell to me, for 1K more ! 1K for a radio ? a complete infotainment system with Sat nav wouldn't cost that. This company is sly, deceitful and a rip off. Then I read reviews. I wouldn't have bothered in the first place had I read before. Still looking for a trustworthy dealership.
Disgusting attitude
Well what disgusting service from your sales department, I had a seen a car on the website and went with my hubby to have a look as I want to upgrade my 2018 Ford focus titanium auto to a 24 plate focus s-line x, We entered and asked if the car was there and she said she would go and find out, she came back and said it wouldn't be on site until Saturday and needed to make an appt, ok disappointing but I asked if she could give me a valuation on my car outside but no, no valuation until we had viewed their car! How ridiculous is that!!! Even if she gave me a valuation based on that specific car I would have a balance figure as it would be a cash sale, but it was her attitude that also needed adjusting, I can't see how this company keeps in business as we won't return despite buying 3 brand new cars with them in the past, I did say a few years back when they wouldn't honor their service plan to which I cancelled and had my money back as they broke their terms, please avoid and spend you hard earned money with a company that deserves your business as this company certainly don't, so vexed by their attitude.
Go the extra mile to help
My mobility car need a service and the central locking resetting and rather than wait a few weeks for collection of vehicle i agreed to drop it off as the central locking problem needed sorting sooner rather than later, as i dropped the vehicle off became apparent i couldnt navigate the stairs so a member of staff came down to collect keys for me and went the extra mile to drop my vehicle back ,really grateful for the extra help. Thankyou.
I find them a very poor garage to do…
I find them a very poor garage to do business with. Talking on chat those girls have no answers to questions referring you to salesman in the shop. Promised calls back, call multiple hrs later when your in a public place. No negotiations. Not impressed at all. Its as if they don't want your business. Saying there thpughtful with NHS not in my experience.
Very poor experoence regarding service plan
My wife took her Fiesta in for its designated service on 3rd September 2024.This was covered by the service plan taken out 4 years before. We were told we had to 'top up the pot' as there was not enough in it to cover the service. We could not understand this as we paid regularly each month the agreed sum and were told by letter that no increases in the plan would be required.
After checking all payments in and out we have been informed by the General Manager that we knew what we were signing and thus the responsibility is ours.
We were told that the plan was set up incorrectly and after checking found out that items were debited to the plan, which were never communicated to us when signing or since.
Despite many emails and letters the company's stance is quite dismissive in that we signed the agreement and must therefore bear the responsibility.
As a result we have terminated the service plan and would advise anybody considering one to read it very carefully and ensure you are not charged for items you are unaware of.
Excellent service
Great service, a lovely man came and collected my car for a service and MOT test, i bought this ford fiesta early on in the year, from T Walls the staff where excellent then, helped me with all the fine details, so I thought I would have it serviced there, I’m so pleased I did with the collection service, because it was brilliant and hassle free, highly recommend

Purchased a vehicle 2 years ago which was used. Sold a Platinum RAC Warranty which is totally useless as no RAC approved garage is interested in repairing our vehicle

Broken up early for Xmas
I enquired on a car & was ignored just because I asked if they could repair the curbed alloys.
I then asked a couple of days later if they could do me a fresh video & was ignored again because it's not the quick sale they like.
Good car buying experience
I recently bought a used car from T Wall. The sales person, Rob, was very helpful in answering all my questions and helping me navigate the process. My overall impression of T Wall is that they are an honest car dealer who will do their best for you. I am happy to recommend them to anybody considering buying a car.
