⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely worth the 300+ mile journey!

We travelled over 300 miles to purchase our new car because it was exactly what we had been looking for, and we are so pleased that we made the journey.

From the moment we arrived, Greg was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly professional, friendly and welcoming, and we were offered refreshments as soon as we arrived, which was a lovely touch after such a long journey.

What really stood out to us was how honest and genuine Greg was.

Buying a car can sometimes feel daunting, but we never felt under any pressure whatsoever. Greg took the time to answer all of our questions, was completely straightforward with us and made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable.

The car was exactly as described and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. We would happily travel the 300+ miles again to deal with Greg and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for a car.

I bought a lovely low mileage Jaguar XJ from Greg. Over the years I have had a lot of cars and lost count of the number of misdescribed ones I have walked away from.
Greg's description was perfect, as was the car, and he is very easy and fair to deal with. The best judgement of any car dealer is how they react to a problem. Once on the Motorway on the way home I noticed a vibration which felt like a rear wheel out of balance and also a slight shake through the steering. It is highly unlikely that Greg would have felt this unless he had driven the car at motorway speeds. We had a very sensible chat about it and Greg said that whatever was the cause he would stand by it and get it sorted. Further investigation revealed that rims were slightly distorted, probably caused by potholes. True to his word, Greg organised replacement wheels. To my mind, that says it all - lovely guy to deal with and totally honourable. Obviously I would highly recommend Greg and Preston Ramsay Cars as they have been an absolute pleasure to deal with - probably the best car sales company I have ever dealt with, which says a lot, as I have dealt with a large number over the years most of whom were mediocre at best.

Great service from this company, five hours to get to the car described as it should be. Another five hours to drive back but worth the journey thank you Preston Ramsey cars. Superb service thank you Greg again.

Where do I start, Greg is such a lovely and genuine guy, he isn’t pushy and goes out of his way to help, he arranged everything from start to finish and the sale was very smooth, excellent after sales service also. When I bought my Golf there was an SOS battery light on and he advised was waiting on a new one and would be installed as soon as it arrived, had a couple of visits to the garage and turns out the error was from a steering wheel fault which is common with the Golf, as soon as this was realised the car was in the garage, new steering wheel, fault fixed, no cost to myself. I think aftercare is as important as the sale and Greg definitely delivers on both, highly recommend, excellent service, thank you again Greg
