Es ist gefälschtes Parfum angekommen. Ich hatte Original zuhause und konnte jedes Detail vergleichen. Es ist alles gefälscht. Verpackung war offen ohne Folie. Flasche Fake, Stofftüte Fake aus anderem Stoff und andere Muster. Anhänger am Sprühkopf komplett gefälscht andere Größe anderes Material. Flasche Spühkopf auch Fake. Ich werde Betrug melden bei Bank mit allen Bildern!

Commande jamais reçue bien que facturée
Je n'ai jamais reçu ma commande bien que j'ai été débitée. Depuis mes échanges avec le services client consistent à me dire de me rapprocher de Fedex. Fedex me dit qu'il ont eu 3 commandes avec le même numéro de commande de la part de Turkishsouq.
Chacun se renvoi la balle et en attendant je n'ai pas été livrée ni remboursée.
Site à fuiie comme la peste !!!!

One of the two perfumes I received appears to be counterfeit
I ordered two perfumes from TurkishSouq. The Burberry Goddess I received appears to be authentic, but the Jean Paul Gaultier La Belle was a completely different story.
The packaging arrived damaged and there were several obvious inconsistencies and spelling errors on the product, including incorrect wording and markings that do not match an authentic bottle. After comparing it carefully with the genuine product, I have serious concerns that the La Belle I received is counterfeit.
I contacted the company and requested a full refund without having to pay return costs for a product that was not as advertised.
Based on my experience, receiving one questionable product out of only two purchases is enough that I would not feel comfortable ordering perfume from this store again.

I bought a Dior Doce Vita eau de toilette. The packing and the bottle look genuine except there is no batch number underneath the bottle and the scent is a much heavier smell.
I am very disappointed. I don't suppose the is any chance of returning it or obtaining a refund.

I bought a bottle of Armani perfume from them for £55, but the scent only lasts two hours—and they were supposed to be authentic. They’re scammers; they won’t even reply to emails about returning the perfume. Scammers, plain and simple.

I still been unable to receive support…
I still been unable to receive support and help with the fraudulent products I received, which were dupes and imitations. They were not real products. I am highly upset regarding my experience with this company.

BUYER BEWARE - I strongly recommend NOT buying perfumes from Turkish Souq.
We purchased Bvlgari Omnia Amethyste from Turkish Souq as a birthday present for my wife. She has been using this exact fragrance for many years and knows it extremely well. In fact, we still have her current original bottle at home because it has not completely run out yet, so we were able to compare the perfume we received from Turkish Souq directly with the genuine one we already own.
What we received is completely different.
After receiving our order and realising something was seriously wrong, we started reading reviews from other customers who reported similar problems. We also noticed Turkish Souq responding to some of those complaints with explanations about perfumes smelling differently depending on a person’s skin type, or stating that they have provided documents regarding the “originality” of their products to customs authorities.
That explanation has absolutely nothing to do with what happened in our case.
This is NOT about a perfume developing slightly differently on someone’s skin.
My wife has worn Bvlgari Omnia Amethyste for years, and we can compare the product they sent us side by side with the original perfume we still have at home. The fragrance is completely different.
And the differences are not limited to the scent:
The box is a different colour from the genuine Bvlgari Omnia Amethyste presentation.
The packaging and internal presentation are different.
The bottle/details do not properly correspond to the genuine product and the presentation advertised.
The fragrance itself smells completely different from the original perfume my wife has used for years.
Skin chemistry cannot change the colour of a box, alter the packaging, change the bottle or internal presentation, or explain why two perfumes compared side by side smell completely different.
Unfortunately, this review platform does not allow us to upload photographs. We have clear photographic evidence of all these differences, including photographs comparing what we received with the genuine Bvlgari Omnia Amethyste we already own.
Turkish Souq themselves asked us to send photographs. We sent all the pictures they requested, clearly showing the differences, and after receiving them they never replied again.
Our bank/card provider is now also trying to contact Turkish Souq regarding this transaction, and they are not responding to them either.
Saying that other customers have left positive reviews does not answer this complaint. Saying that perfumes react differently according to skin type does not answer this complaint. Saying that documents were submitted to customs authorities does not explain why the specific product delivered to us is visibly and noticeably different from both the product advertised and the genuine Bvlgari Omnia Amethyste we already own.
We bought this perfume specifically as a birthday present because my wife has used and loved this fragrance for years. Instead, we received something that neither looks nor smells like the genuine perfume sitting in our own home.
Based on what we received, the photographic evidence we provided, their failure to respond after seeing that evidence, and the similar complaints we have since read from other customers, we consider our experience extremely deceptive and believe we did not receive the genuine product we paid for.
I strongly advise potential customers to be extremely careful before buying perfume from Turkish Souq.
And if Turkish Souq wishes to dispute this review, please allow us to publicly upload the photographs. We have them all; we already sent them to you, and they clearly show exactly what you advertised, what you sent us, and the genuine product we already own for direct comparison.They are not responding anymore and are not refunding our money
