Disgusting ordered a acqua di gio profondo and received a blatant copy generic they know exactly what there doing and just fob you off with ( thank you for bringing it to our attention we will forward it on to the relevant authorities.....you are The seller , if you can't tell that there blatant fakes and your in the buisness of perfumes but the customers can tell instantly then you shouldn't be in buisness. But yous know exactly what your selling is generic. The only reason you have a few satisfied customers is because there not aware that there fake and are obviously nieve customers.

They owe me money
There is still no resolution. I paid very high prices for fragrances that, in my experience, appear inauthentic and smell foul, only to be confronted with nearly $70 in unexpected delivery charges upon arrival.
I have photographs and receipts, all of which the company repeatedly asked me to submit. I sent the same evidence over and over again, while my request for a full refund was continually delayed. Instead of addressing what I actually received, they simply repeated that their fragrances are “authentic” and directed me to their positive reviews, as though that could somehow resolve my complaint.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before purchasing from this company. I consider their handling of my complaint unacceptable, and I will continue pursuing the full refund I believe I am owed.
Until I am fully reimbursed, I will continue updating and posting reviews to document my experience so that other potential customers can make informed decisions. I have been trying to get what is just: my refund for years.

Everything was perfect. Fast shipping. No problems. Some boxes inside the packaging have little damage but I think that it was for the transport. But nothing was broken.

My perfume is not Trape Reves by Louis…
My perfume is not Trape Reves by Louis Vuitton. You sent me a perfume bottle that was tampered with. The lid was warn off, the perfume is yellow and not pink like all the reviews videos I watched. Does not smell at all like the correct perfume that I have a tester of. You have cheated me out of 155 dollars Canadian. Hope you’re proud. Cheats and fakes at this store.

Fake Acqua Di Parma
I ordered a bottle of Acqua Di Parma. Not crazily cheap so wasn't expecting a fake but a fake item is what they delivered. Fake packaging, fake box, fake label on the bottle and fake aftershave that didn't even vaguely smell like the product I ordered. Avoid them at all costs. I have eventually received a partial refund even though they have blatantly attempted to pass off obviously fake product as genuine. These guys are scammers and avoid them at all costs.

Counterfeit. Fraud.
Don't believe a word. Fraud.
Customs are clueless, and any claim that this is a genuine stockist is COMPLETELY FALSE.
I asked the question, then had an email reassuring me that this business was a genuine perfume stockist. But the product I received is quite obviously counterfeit. I have purchased Santal Royale previously and therefore can say that Turkish Souq delivered a fake. Not even a decent copy. Packaging was very different to the real product too. Sadly, I couldn't recommend this business in good conscience.
