After we had to say goodbye to our beloved dog, Queenie, due to her severe cancer, we turned to Trusted Friends for assistance during this difficult time. The need to euthanize her at home was met with a peaceful and dignified end. As the vet departed, Ally from Trusted Friends arrived, impressing us with her remarkable attention to detail and care. She had already reached out via text, letting us know she’d be there for Queenie’s care. Her arrival was marked by a kindness and empathy that made it feel as if she were an old friend. She allowed us time with Queenie and gently explained the next steps, providing much-needed reassurance.Once we were ready, Ally invited us to assist in placing Queenie on a beautifully arranged trolley, adorned with a pillow and fleece, making it feel less clinical. Throughout, she was incredibly gentle and continued addressing Queenie by name, showing immense respect for our other dog, who seemed unsettled by the loss. The meticulous care with which she prepared Queenie to leave our home was truly exceptional.Everything was handled with patience, and Ally's comforting manner made our final farewell to Queenie a moment of cherished remembrance, easing the heartache of that painful day. Her goodbye hug was much needed, and we felt assured that Queenie was in capable hands.Every interaction with Ally and her wonderful team radiated genuine compassion, never crossing into insincerity. Their understanding of the heartache that comes with losing a pet was evident, and their support never wavered throughout the process.After Queenie's dignified cremation, we received her ashes back with the same level of care and respect. This prompted me to express my gratitude to these extraordinary people who provide such exceptional service, helping to ease the burden of an otherwise unbearable situation. Thank you for everything you've done for us and Queenie.

Losing a pet is never a nice experience. These guys however made it far more bearable.

Trustedfriendspfs were excellent. They arrived on time and couldn't have been more compassionate and respectful. Our final memory of Maxwell was seeing him at peace on the stretcher.

There were plenty of keepsake and Casket options and no hard sell. Maxwell was returned to us with the same dignity and love as he departed.

I couldn't recommend their services highly enough. They enable home euthanasia which is so much less stressful for all involved compared to a trip to the vets. A great option for large and restricted breeds like our Maxwell.

I'd like to thank Lisa so very much for her empathy.
She is like a caring Angel who looked after our "child" Archie when we had to make the hard decision to have him put to sleep. She gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye.

Having very recently lost our beautiful dog, Queenie, we were recommended the services of Trusted Friends to take her on her final journey. She needed to be euthanised at home due to her aggressive cancer and her passing had been peaceful and dignified. As the vet left, Ally from Trusted Friends arrived and her attention to the detail and care that she provided was nothing short of amazing. She came and spoke with us having been in touch by text beforehand to let us know that she would be along to take care of Queenie. On her arrival, she was exceptionally kind, sympathetic and she spoke to us like we had known her our whole lives. She gave us time to be with our girl and gave us gentle information about the next steps and what she was going to do which was very reassuring.
Once we felt ready, Ally allowed us to help her to move Queenie to the most beautiful bed which was a trolley, but she had made it look far less clinical and austere by placing a beautiful pillow and fleece on it. She was so gentle and kind, using Queenie’s name throughout and being so respectful of our other dog who was very out of sorts due to the loss of his companion. Once Queenie was laid on the bed, the exquisite care that she took in making her ready to be removed from the house was quite extraordinary.
None of this was rushed in any way and Ally’s kind and reassuring actions made saying our final goodbye to our most beloved pet forever remembered and made our reflections of this terrible day much more manageable. Ally gave us both a hug which was so very needed and we knew she was in safe hands.
Every contact we have had with either Ally or the team of amazing ladies has been full of love without being cheesy or inappropriate. It is starkly obvious that they care deeply about how difficult it is when our companions leave us and that it is the most difficult time for the owners and their compassion did not falter throughout the whole process.
We have just got our beautiful dog back following her cremation and even that was done with such dignity and compassion that I felt compelled to write this for these people who do such an amazing job and go above and beyond to make an unbearable situation so much more bearable.

Quick response to my enquiry on pet funeral services right after I lost my beloved poodle. Thanks to Alison for her patience and explanation in everything into details, it made things went smooth. They also
provided door-to-door cremation service which made me easier to get over the deepest pain of my loss. Their professional service allowed my beloved one to depart with dignity. My wife and I could say a final goodbye to her. Thanks to Elsa's professional service and considerate support upon the final farewell, it really helped to ease my pain. Trusted Friends collected my beautiful greyhound Zee from home after the vet had put him stresslessly to sleep. They took such care of his body - & of us! Their aftercare was also superb - kept me informed of further options available - but with no trace of hard sell at all. The service they provided was greatly appreciated at such a sad time.
