Good hotel situated very close to lake. Staff were very good. Debbie the Tour manager worked very hard to ensure we had the best time The coaches were good quality. The whole trip was good value and my wife and I have been on several trips with this company, and they have always very well planned.

Great guide, driver and itinerary. A stay in Yosemite and missing Selma could improve the experience, and staying nearer to the coast in San Diego would be great.

Travelsphere makes sure that there are a wide variety of experiences on all of their holidays. Excursions show a range of historical and cultural interests, with local guides to give detailed insights into new places. Hotels can be a mix of historical, luxurious, friendly and well sited. Beautiful scenery and chances to meet the local people all add up to make Travelsphere’s holidays well worth a go!

When we arrived at Istanbul airport we couldn't find anybody to greet us! We have been on many tours over the year (this was our 3rd tour with Travelsphere) - and one of the things we love about tours is having someone to greet you when you arrive at he airport - but not this time - there was nobody to be found! - so after walking up and down inside the airport we rang Travelsphere direct and they gave us another telephone number to ring and eventually we were told to go to exit gate 9 where we would be met by our travel guide - which we did and he was - this whole exercise took us about 25 minutes! - not a good start to the holiday! Many other people in our group experienced the same problem! Anyway, on the positive side of things the Treasures of Turkey tour was really good and the guide was absoluteley first class - after over 50 years of travelling to Turkey (this was the 3rd tour all around the country) - this was the best so far!

The trip was fantastic as I actually saw all the places which the videos I watch have either been filmed in or routes that we drove down e.g. Route 66. The tour director was very knowledgeable on loads of subjects quite apart from the places we visited. Hotels were great. Plenty of things to do outside of the organised trips. Scope to plan personal trips also.

The Travelsphere Uzbekistan Silk Road tour experience was enhanced by an excellent local guide and an experienced tour director who accompanied us the whole way. The fun company of our fellow travellers was also much appreciated!

Since 2013 we have been on 22 different Escorted holidays with Travelsphere. Their staff are always very friendly when booking the holiday. Their itineraries are extremely comprehensive. Hotels are invariably in great locations and their Tour Directors make a great holiday even better. Still got more Travelsphere holidays on our bucket list. Cannot wait.

We were met at the airport before we flew to our destination. Then met by our guide at the airport. Then taken to our hotel. Are guide kept as informed the whole time we were there and her knowledge was amazing.

From the wondrous sights of LA and Las Vegas, to the extraordinary wonders of The Grand Canyon and Yosemite Park, The Best Of The West had everything I could ever ask for to make my dream of seeing America a magnificent reality and come true~💗🌈✨🥹✨🌈💗And everyone was so lovely and welcoming too🫱🏻‍🫲🏻☺️💞

Would I do it all again if I could? Totally!😁I definitely would, and I really recommend it to anyone who's looking for a stunning adventure like this!😚I would also like the moment to say a great HUGE thank-you to Travelsphere, who have been amazing through and through!🤗💓Even with the upcoming preparations for the trip and were so helpful with any questions I had.

Our guide was one of the best we have had, Nothing was too much trouble , his knowledge of Turkey was incredible. In addition to this our fellow travelors were very friendly and supportive of everyone in the group.

Lovely place to visit. Wonderful tour guide who thought on her feet to over come any diffi.

Great escorted tour of Andalucia. The success of the tour was down to Jaqui our tour director - so very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful throughout the week. Thank you Jaqui for all your time spent on admin organising and double checking everything to make sure our week went so smoothly.
On a minor point, the Seville trip would have been better without the lunch stop as it would have been great to have some free time to look around the city. There wasn't a lot of time as it was a long coach journey from the hotel to Seville.
We did all the optional tours; they were all well worth going on.
If you are thinking of going on the tour, please note that although the hotel provides a kettle - it does not provide tea or coffee etc. There are a couple of supermarkets within 10/15 minutes walk of the hotel.

Well what can I say about Travelsphere.

I don't know what is going on with Travelsphere. I first booked this trip with their sister company. Due to a change in hotel that was likened to Colditz, I spoke to my Travel Agent who organised for me to Transfer.
Unfortunately Travelsphere also changed hotel.
Hotel issues:
1. Location: The Blu Hotel, Laconia village is in a very isolated area.
The nearest shops are a half hour walk away.
2. As we were stuck in the hotel for 3 days, due to our trip to Corsica being cancelled. Being on half board, they would not let us purchase lunch. No snacks were available from the bar.
3. Water: no water or glasses to drink out of. They would not let us fill up our water bottles in the dinning room.
4. This hotel is a small resort hotel. Other companies staying there are tui (lots of kids) Easy Jet and Jet 2.
If I want a tui holiday I would book one. It would have been cheaper. As a single person I paid a premium for this trip. Over £2,000 plus trip to corsica.
5. Room: my fridge was full of rotten veg and meat, when I entered. Not a great start. The hotel sorted it. No other issues.
6. The big issue for me. Food: as a vegetarian I was looking forward to my meals. The hotel is totally buffet. Unfortunately for me there was very little that I could eat. The majority of salads had meat or fish in them. The only main course that had a vegetarian option was on the first night. Every other night it was one fish course and two meat. Even the spinach had anchovies put on it.
To say I struggled was an understatement. Even breakfast was very repetitive. Same food every day. No omelettes or other eggs. Just scrambled eggs every day with either frankfurter or bacon.
7. Extra excursion: The trip to Corsica was cancelled due to the winds. Seeing Sardinia has high winds 300 days a year. You must have been aware of this. If I had been aware I would not have pre-cooked it. No I have to get my money back. No other alternative available. So we had to sort our own trip out. Just not good enough.

Travelsphere you have dumbed down your offering. It is just not up to your standard.
Other people who have, like me travelled with your company. Were also very disappointed. I am sure you will hear from them.
