Il nostro tour in Vietnam è stato un viaggio ricco di colori, accoglienza e organizzazione. Ha Noi, HaLong Bay, Phu Quoc, Saigon resteranno nei nostri ricordi. Il tour organizzato al top, sempre seguiti e mai lasciati al caso. In particolare grazie ad Ezio, la nostra guida ad Ha Noi e a Thien, il nostro autista a Saigon che nonostante le difficoltà della lingua ci ha riempito di premure! Their Travel Consultant, Ms Lucy Nguyen was professional, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was well taken care of. Even with the last-minute request to change the booking/schedule/itinerary due to the impact from typhoon, she was very patience and made all the changes as per requested.

We were recommended by a friend to get in touch with Lucy for our travel to Hanoi and around (Northern parts). Lucy had been very patient with us during the coordination of our trip, explaining to us the different categories and options available.

Experience in Ha Giang area
I was with Ha Giang area with my wife to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The trip was indirectly affected by typhoon, which led to landslides, road closures and flood in certain parts in the itinerary. Despite the disruption, it was a pleasant trip. Catherine made alternative arrangements and ensure that we had a memorable and enjoyable trip. She also coordinated with the hotel to purchase cake and flowers on our anniversary.

Lucy is the BEST TRAVEL AGENT EVER
Lucy is the BEST travel agent I ever had in my life and I have travelled to many places.
The minute I made my payment for our Sapa and Halong Bay trip she created a whatsapp group for me and my group where she stayed in touch constantly and answered every question patiently. When our AirAsia flight was delayed and we missed our connecting bus ride to Sapa, she arranged an alternative bus for us and had the bus driver look for usat the airport. We were a group of ladies travelling and we felt very safe having her in touch with us throughout the trip until we arrived safely home in Malaysia. If there were 100 stars to give her I would give her that.. especially I am not an easy customer to begin with expecting nothing less than the best of everything🤭
