Le guide che ci hanno accompagnato nel viaggio sono state bravissime. Elena (Luong Le) che ci ha accompagnato ad Hanoi, Pu Luong, Tam Coc e Ha Long Bay super empatica e sempre pronta ad ogni nostra richiesta e Quan che ci ha accompagnato a Hue e Hoi An molto disponibile e preparato nella storia del Vietnam. Consiglieremo sicuramente Camilla di Travel Sense Asia a che volesse visitare il Vietnam

I wish I could start the trip all over again.
From the very beginning, Travel Sense Asia provided exactly what we were looking for: sound advice, flexibility, and a good price.
However, what made the experience truly excellent was the service provided by Leda; her professionalism and approachable manner made everything simple and pleasant. She even handled situations where we left items behind at hotels quickly and efficiently.

Lucy and Team were very helpful when our flight got delayed and couldn't land in Hanoi. Our flight was diverted to land in Haiphong airport instead, and they were patient to guide us through, constantly texting us till 10pm and finally we took the road to reach our hotel at 2am!

We had an excellent experience with Catherine and Hannah.
We had an excellent experience with Catherine during the arrangement of our trip. Despite it being outside her official working hours, she continued to reply to our messages promptly, even late at night. Her willingness to assist whenever we needed help gave us great peace of mind for the trip. It was reassuring to know that support was always just a message away.
Her package rates were reasonable, and the itinerary was clearly planned, easy to understand, and comprehensively covered all the key attractions. Catherine also recommended many highly rated local eateries and cafés, allowing us to enjoy authentic and delicious food. Her recommendations were well-suited to our preferences and helped us discover places that we might not have found on our own.
She was also willing to offer a small discount upon request, which was greatly appreciated. We met Hannah, our tour guide, who went above and beyond what we expected from a tour guide. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and always ready to assist, even during periods when we were following our own itinerary.
Small thoughtful gestures made a big difference. Her support was unobtrusive, yet we constantly felt well taken care of. She provided hats and drinking water for the group, and ensured the vehicle was comfortably cooled with air-conditioning before we boarded. Despite the hot weather, she patiently helped us take numerous group photos and always did so with a broad smile.
What impressed us most was her dedication beyond official tour hours. On one occasion, when we had difficulty securing a Grab ride, we messaged her for advice. She was always on standby and willing to help whenever needed.
Hannah also shared excellent recommendations for local eateries and cafés where we could relax and enjoy authentic food. When certain rides or attractions were closed, she took the initiative to suggest alternative themed parks and activities, ensuring that our plans remained enjoyable and hassle-free.
Overall, Catherine and Hannah’s professionalism, responsiveness, attention to detail, and genuine care for her guests made our trip memorable. We highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and dedicated travel agent and guide.

Ringrazio Camilla che è stata sempre pronta e disponibile.
Alcune cose non mi sono piaciute.
La guida che ci ha accompagnato nella visita a nord del Vietnam parlava l'italiano in maniera non sufficiente. Brave invece le altre guide del centro Vietnam e della Cambogia.
Per la crociera sulla Baia di Ha Long ci avevano proposto inizialmente una compagnia, poi in fase di conferma ci hanno detto che non era più disponibile: invece ho trovato posto e l'ho personalmente prenotata.
Non ci hanno riconosciuto nessuna riduzione di prezzo rispetto al preventivo, nonostante a causa della guerra nel golfo abbiamo spostato il viaggio da aprile a maggio, ovvero ad un periodo di più bassa stagione, come invece ha fatto l'operatore della crociera.
L'itinerario prevedeva un rientro ad hanoi da puluong, invece di andare direttamente a nin binh, con diverse ore di viaggio in più, in quanto non avevano trovato alloggi disponibili a nin binh: invece poi al momento , su richiesta, si sono attivati per il cambio, e ci hanno richiesto di contribuire al costo del nuovo alloggio

Siamo felici che il viaggio tra Vietnam e Cambogia Le abbia lasciato bei ricordi, e allo stesso tempo ci dispiace sapere che alcuni aspetti non abbiano pienamente soddisfatto le Sue aspettative.
Per noi ogni commento merita attenzione, soprattutto quando proviene da chi ha scelto di affidarsi a noi per un viaggio così importante. Per questo desideriamo ringraziarLa anche per aver condiviso le Sue osservazioni.
Prima di tutto, ci dispiace che l’esperienza con la guida nel Nord Vietnam non abbia pienamente soddisfatto le Sue aspettative. Durante il viaggio Camilla ha cercato di rimanere sempre in contatto con Lei, ma probabilmente non ha colto alcuni aspetti legati alla guida. Abbiamo già condiviso il Suo feedback internamente con la guida e il team operativo. Se fosse possibile ricevere qualche dettaglio in più, ci aiuterebbe a comprendere meglio la situazione e a migliorare ulteriormente il nostro servizio.
Per quanto riguarda la crociera nella Baia di Ha Long, le compagnie distribuiscono un numero fisso di cabine su diversi canali di vendita (agenzie, OTA e sito ufficiale), per cui può capitare che una disponibilità non sia accessibile attraverso i nostri canali pur risultando ancora prenotabile altrove. In quel momento Le avevamo proposto alcune alternative ma Lei è riuscita a confermare direttamente la crociera che abbiamo già proposto prima, siamo stati sinceramente lieti che potesse ottenere l'opzione che preferiva e abbiamo naturalmente rimosso il relativo costo dal programma.
Relativamente alla modifica delle date del viaggio, la richiesta è arrivata circa 15 giorni prima della partenza. Nonostante molti fornitori applichino normalmente penali o supplementi in situazioni simili, ci siamo impegnati per trovare la soluzione meno impattante possibile è la modifica le prenotazioni senza costi aggiuntivi. Il nostro obiettivo in quel momento è stato soprattutto quello di ridurre al minimo eventuali spese extra e permetterLe di viaggiare con maggiore serenità in una situazione non semplice.
Per l’itinerario tra Pu Luong e Ninh Binh, dopo aver ricevuto il Suo feedback, il nostro team si è immediatamente attivato per verificare nuove disponibilità e proporre una soluzione alternativa più in linea con le Sue preferenze. Anche in questo caso il nostro obiettivo era trovare il miglior compromesso possibile tra disponibilità reali, logistica e costi, cercando di venirLe incontro nel modo più concreto e rapido possibile.
La ringraziamo ancora per la fiducia accordataci e per aver dedicato del tempo a fornirci il Suo riscontro. Ogni osservazione ricevuta viene presa seriamente e rappresenta per noi un'opportunità per migliorare. Il Vietnam è un’esperienza intensa, travolgente e meravigliosa. Il viaggio organizzato da Chiara dello staff Travel Sense Asia grazie a due voli interni strategici (Hanoi-Danang e Hue-Ho Chi Minh) ha ottimizzato i tempi, facendoci conoscere le tappe più iconiche del Paese.
Il Nostro Itinerario
Hanoi (Nord): Il nostro arrivo in Vietnam. Il Quartiere Vecchio è un caos affascinante di motorini, clacson e street food. Bellissimo il lago Hoan Kiem e indimenticabile il tipico Egg Coffee. Baia di Ha long indescrivibile, Nimh Binh bellissima con le sue risaie e Grotte.
Hoi An e Huè (Centro): Raggiunte con il primo volo interno. Sono state il gioiello del viaggio: il centro storico pedonale di Hoi An illuminato da migliaia di lanterne la sera sembra una fiaba, mentre la città imperiale di Huè riporta ai fasti del passato.
Ho Chi Minh City e Delta del Mekong (Sud): Raggiunte con il secondo volo interno. Ho Chi Minh (Saigon) è una metropoli dinamica e moderna; L'escursione sul Delta del Mekong, tra canali navigati in barca a remi e realtà locali, ci ha mostrato il volto più rurale e verde del Paese, oltre alla visita ai Tunnel di Cu Chi imperdibili e toccanti.
I Punti di Forza del Viaggio con Travel Sense Asia
Organizzazione e Logistica Perfetta: Chiara è stata in grado di realizzare con tanta cura e professionalità un viaggio che da soli non saremmo riusciti a mettere in pratica.
Gli Hotel erano tutti bellissimi e ad ogni tappa ci hanno riservato un’accoglienza speciale. I driver e le guide che ci hanno proposto tutti molto gentili preparati e professionali. Il cibo eccezionale! mangiare nei mercati o sui tavolini di plastica per strada è sicuro, economico e delizioso (da provare il Pho e il Banh Mi). Essendo un tour personalizzato in coppia abbiamo avuto la fortuna di visitare molti siti in modalità quasi “privata” e cosa più importante di tutte non ci siamo mai sentiti abbandonati a noi stessi perchè Chiara che ci ha accolto a Hanoi, in seguito, ci ha accompagnato “virtualmente” per tutte le tappe concordate con un'agenda giornaliera circa lo svolgimento della giornata. Un grande applauso a tutta l’organizzazione, spero in futuro di poter realizzare un altro tour con Chiara che ci è rimasta nel cuore.
