I bought the whole transformer table dining set (table + 2 benches + coffee table) in Canadian Birch color, and I really like how it looks. The furniture arrived in less than two weeks.
The top of the coffee table arrived with some damage, so I requested replacement of that part, and Boudah (the Warranty Coordinator) was really helpful and sent a replacement. I'm happy with the whole experience.

Great customer service
My new table had something wrong. I emailed the company after hours and they called the next day. They got me connected to the right person since I purchased the table through Costco. I was told that I would receive an email with instructions within one day. The next day I received the email which explained that I needed to fill out a form and send pictures of the defect. I didn’t get around to doing that for several days. I even received an email reminding me to do it. Once I sent in the pictures and form, I received another email thanking me and I was told that they would send them to the correct person for evaluation. Within a couple days I received an email telling me what parts they would be sending me for replacement. They thanked me and apologized for the inconvenience. I think this issue couldn’t have gone any smoother.

Horrible customer service
The company sent us a broken piece and it took almost one week to hear back from them and now they are saying it will take another week or two before we get the part. We have had a table for 3 weeks now that was delivered with broken pieces and there has been no concern or care from the company. As soon as you spend the money, they are non responsive for getting back to you. Can’t comment on the quality of the table except that it came to us broken and we can’t use it yet.

We understand that receiving a table with a broken component and then having to wait for a replacement is disappointing, especially when you have not been able to use the table as intended.
I would like to clarify that the specific part required in your case is not currently available in our local inventory and must be requested directly from our overseas manufacturing facility. As soon as we identified this requirement, we placed the request and have already arranged for the part to be shipped by air in order to expedite the process as much as possible.
We understand that this does not change the fact that you have already been waiting, and we sincerely apologize for the delay in getting the replacement to you. Our team is actively following up on the shipment, and we will provide you with the tracking information as soon as it becomes available.
We appreciate your patience and assure you that we are doing our best to resolve this as quickly as possible.

Finding My Lost Order
Unfortunately I had to investigate where my order was as it was a month past the estimated delivery date. I contacted customer service and Marcela assisted me through the whole process. They were very friendly and helpful, keeping me updated as they had the logistics team locate my order and through each step of the process until it was safely delivered. They were very professional and detailed with the information they had for me. Thank you so much for alleviating some of my anxiety and stress in the hunt for my order and for the followup correspondence to ensure the delivery was done professionally as well.
