We accidentally marred the table top and the Transformer team, including Boudha , the Warranty Coordinator, were extremely helpful. Everything resolved very quickly and satisfactorily.

We ordered a Transformer Table set (table, bench, chairs, coffee table) from
Luxury Designer Room Interiors, based at Brighouse, HD6 1NX, UK.
Ordering furniture online is always unpredictable and we wanted to see & touch the products before ordering. It was going to be an investment, which meant we wanted to see the items first.
The team at Luxury Designer Rooms (‘LDR’) were very good. They let us try the table and coffee table mechanisms in the showroom; we did not feel hurried or “sold to”. To be fair, the solid wood tables, bench & chairs sell themselves. We were impressed.
There was a delay on the order placement to ultimate delivery, but we were kept informed. The LDR team built the products at their facility prior to delivery to us - and the delivery team were excellent.
We have rearranged the room in which the furniture is now located a few times.
What immediately springs to mind is the quality of the furniture. It is solid wood. It is, as a result, heavy. But it’s beautiful.
The coffee table is a great way to store the additional table leaves. The flexibility of seating options makes it perfect for entertaining large or small gatherings.
The thought that has gone into the mechanics and design is impressive. Fully extended we could seat 10 people comfortably or 12 a little more squashed up.
We love the flexibility that this has given us, and we can now “host Christmas” in a way that has not been possible before.
My next task is to research possible options for cushions for the bench… I reckon that there’s a 20 to 30 minute “seated lifespan” on the hard bench without cushions!
All things considered, we love the product and the support from the LDR team.

Jenifar made my experience great. I noticed that the paint came off of a spot on my transformer table and was trying to find a way to fix it. I asked about how I could get touch up paint but when asked for my order number could not locate it. The response from my request was immediate and even when I told Jenifar that I could not find my order number she did not immediately dismiss my case and was able to locate the number when I told her that my husband who is now deceased had also ordered. To top it all off the fact that there is no charge for the paint is also excellent customer service. I would definitely order from this company again!

Great Customer Service
The Transformer Table's Desk-to-Table Savouring is a great piece of hardware. I love being able to clear my work area and switch to a flat surface when I need one. My only real complaint is that it's not a sit-to-stand desk. Customer service was excellent when I needed help, Boudah and Merci were quick, helpful, and gave me everything I needed.

Fantastic table, extremely long delivery time.
We love the table itself, but the delivery process was frustrating. The purchased our table form the website on August 6th, the website quoted an August 20th delivery. Our table finally arrived on September 9th. We understand delivering to some locations can take longer than expected, but a month-long delivery process is excessive. It would be nice to update the website calculator so no false estimates are provided.
