Easy to use mobile option and great performance

I have had access to Transact for the last 7 or 8 years and I find it an excellent platform to view investments.
It is easy to understand and gives plenty of detail if you need it.

Fine company, honours received, 14.5 years nearly with Transact, been saying great things about your gongs,yes i like gongs.

Over 12 weeks to draw down funds from Trust. Inexcusably slow in this digital world. Would you buy from eBay with a seller satisfaction rating of 71%.Probably not.

I'm an adviser, and I've worked with Transact for over a decade.

They aren't perfect, and they can be a bit stodgy at times, and they aren't quite as responsive as they were when they were tiny almost 15 years ago. But they're relentlessly honest, don't make many mistakes, always admit when they have and fix them. Their capability has steadily improved over that time.

We regularly review our platforms, and insurance or investment companies, and there isn't really a better overall combination for us and our clients. There are some damn good platofrms out there (and some shockers) but Transact does the job better than most of them all the time, and all of them quite a bit of the time.

I am a client at Transact. I have been waiting weeks for Transact to transfer funds to another Investment company, without success. I am told that it requires the Fund Managers approval.
In this electronic environment, why is this taking weeks and weeks for the Fund Manager to make it happen?.

Just a really professional dependable platform

The website is excellent. The simple format provides all the information required quickly and easily, and in a clear format. Please don't change.

Excruciatingly slow development of website plus unwillingness to integrate with consumer-facing financial modelling/analysis tools mean that customer experience is extremely restricted.

Financial solutions (pensions, ISAs etc) are good at the core, but they feel as though they haven't been developed in 15 years, falling further and further behind competitors.
