Been with this company very many years.
First contact. At the end of the month, days before our regular withdrawal of our money they freeze it as they decide to update our identity check. So there’s no time for our payment,even though three times I emailed the information required.
The point is ,someone decided to freeze access to our money without any discussion or notification to or with us. I believe that department of transact treated us shabbily, without care!

Clear concise and easy to navigate and understand

Always delivering on service and flexibility. As a retired industry professional, I remain with Transact, because they are the best.

Accessible solution online 24x7. I get regular updates on how investments are performing. Very happy with the solution

Clear. Easy to navigate. Good comms between my financial adviser and them and myself. In this day and age a real bonus.

Poor mobile app with very basic features. Transact have not realised that most people use their phones for almost every task & service rather than a desktop app. Transact is very expensive vs other platforms.

Great service, with personal touch

Excellent investment platform. The site is very easy to us to manage and analyse investments. Transactions are easy to execute as well.

Good portfolio performance, with easy to use and very informative website.

Ease of use, transparency and attention to detail

With Transact for over ten years, I have had no grounds for a complaint. Whatever is required is carried out with minimum fuss- the return on investment is steady and rewarding, outstripping other traditional investment platforms. Managed through the good offices of Stephen Evans, for oldies like me, this is a comfortablce and aggreeable passage.

Fantastic place to manage your investment portfolio.

Basic service including trading is fine, range of investments ok and phone support is good too.

My main problem is that dividends and corporate actions take up to 10 days to be credited. Compared to other brokers I use this is quite poor.

Transact have been absolutely fantastic. Never patronising, always extremely helpful and informative. Everyone I've ever dealt with has been brilliant. Thanks to Molly and all her colleagues for being so lovely.

Grace is a beautiful, linguistically, communicator and understands well the issues and concerns.

How these guys get a 4 score is beyond me. Im drawing down on my pension, the process takes over 3 weeks (fron instruction to cash), with no clear guidance and complete reluctance on how long it will take to transfer me funds. Even when cash is available. This month I actioned a simple "transfer cash and transfer me 25% instruction", they completely messed it up, partially sold down over 100 assets and made my entire porfolio unmanageable, over a month ago i made them aware of this and it still is not rectified. They make the rules up to suit themselves.

Easy to use and wide variety of shares on offer. I particularly like the detailed information that it available for the various shares.
The downside when managing your own portfolio is that I cannot open an account for my children.

Long term user of Transact platform. Exceptional service, open communication and it’s very easy to navigate and use. Security is also very good.
