Coffee shop Red Onion and Cheese onion toastie worst I have ever seen. Limp looking toastie no salad or nothing. Never again

Shops are dingey and grubby, staff generally can't be bothered and the prices are a little higher than the discount shops all the surrounding towns have. Can't see the point in Trago these days!

Trago mills, Newton abbot is great in the summer for parents with young children for the adventure park in the back, but the super market it sell is disgraceful. The products and okay and there are really cheap which is great but the super store it’s sell is disgraceful. It’s need a refurbish, and a good clean, lots of leaking buckets everywhere, lots of rubbish and broken items all on the floor from other clients, staff is incredibly rude. Would go again but just cause it’s cheap other then that I wouldn’t recommend it to any one😔-Katie xxx

Trago2wheels newton abbott .poor customer service .brought brand new bike paid for it then had to wait to pick it up for pdi checks done on bike .that took 3 weeks not 1 week to do .then after 4 months the lights and battery became faulty .new bike under warranty. Took 4 different members of staff to try and sort out new parts for bike .order was placed but was wrong after i phoned back a week later.so order placed again .phoned back a week later .to see if parcel had arrived spoke to 3 members of staff on phone as they all didnt have a clue eventually parcel was found .asked to book bike in to get it fixed they said would have to look in dairy and phone me back. No phone call so phoned next day staff member didnt have a clue wgat i was talking about .dissapeared then came back said had my parts for bike and i could pick bike up when it was fixed.not even booked bike in yet .managed to book bike in after some confusion with staff member but ihad to wait another 2 weeks before it was booked in .bike at shop fixed i go and collect and they cant find the key fir the bike .10 minutes to find key. No thanks ir sorry for the delay or thanks for waiting so long to get bike fixed . 4 weeks i had to go without bike for work . Definitely wont buy another bike from trago2wheels and think il go elsewhere to get it serviced. Very poor customer service and think more staff training is needed

Appalling service!!! Accused us of stealing as she didn't scan the item! Damaged our carpet waiting a month for our voucher!! Don't supply any trollies for children so have to put them in a little cart to then get told off for doing so!! Discusting customer service! Should definitely get rid of some of the staff at the till accusing us of stealing, after spending over £2000 with them!!!!! Don't recommend and won't be going to trago again!!!!!!

What an unprofessional inconsiderate bunch of people. I have never been treated so unprofessional in my life. The took the faty goods and never exchanged or refunded. The items they sell that is unbranded is £1 shop items charged at astronomical prices.

Soulless and grey. But I'll give you 5 stars for the loos - impeccable.

I asked Ian (beard) in the garden centre, if he had more of a particular product in stock. This was to save him time as he was going to look for a man who had asked about an item anyway.
He condescendingly and curtly told me he was going to have to look at 3 pallets. It seemed it was a real inconvenience to him.
We would have to wait for quite some time. We waited a long time!
We then spotted him chatting to a colleague at the till.He had not even bothered to check. When asked why, he said he was about to look for it !
We told him not to bother and left.

Trago Mills Merthyr, not Liskeard.
Almost 5 weeks ago I had a serious concussion and injured left leg and foot, also bleed behind right eye, courtesy of Trago Mills Merthyr inability to know the facts of operation of their contractors. I have still had no letter explaining what their "investigation" concluded. I am left with sleepless nights, bad headaches, stress through the roof and a kitchen fitted with worktops that remind me of the accident every time I enter the kitchen. 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢 Trago Mills Merthyr Assistant Manager Richard does not know what's happening and says a letter has been sent. He doesn't want to speak to me, when he phoned me a week ago to tell me the investigation was concluded and the letter was sent, the call lasted 40 seconds. So kind, caring....NOT. Feeling disregarded, disrespected and of no value. Dont shop there 😩 unless you want to risk ending up injured, coz they wont care at Merthyr😢😢 should have a zero star rating!

I purchased a Gazebo whilst on holiday in Cornwall and on return home, I found a problem with it (beyond the stores control) I informed the store by email who responded asking for details etc.This I supplied and they were quick, courteous and sorted the problem out with no fuss.Fully recommend excellent service through out.

The most inadequate and inedible meal I have ever bought...never again. The 'special chicken Korma...special, Yes..especially poor. Tough, dry bullets of chicken in virtually no sauce...zero flavour..just an abomination

I bought two large bottles of (supposedly) Baylis and Harding Black Pepper and Ginseng handwash from Trago Mills, Merthyr. This is a favourite product so I knew what to expect, but it was a bit cheaper than I had previously paid. However although it looked exactly the same as the product I had bought in the past from other retailers, it turned out to be in a brown coloured plastic bottle with a clear gloopy liquid which smelled of not much and didn’t do its job very well, as opposed to the genuine stuff which comes in a clear bottle with brown coloured delightful smelling liquid, and leaves you feeling very clean and fresh. I suspect that Trago Mills might have bought these wholesale in good faith, but because I live over 25 miles away from Merthyr I have not returned these, or complained, to the shop. But I shall not be in a hurry to go back there for any reason. Generally underwhelming as well as selling fakes.

Waited 15 mins for stock check of a shower screen followed by another 30 min wait to purchase only to be told after I had paid that it would be another 45 mins to collection.
Will take me less time to fit it.😖

Poorest customer service I've ever known!
Staff just don't care and stand about talking to one another. Heaven help you if you dare ask a question. They have a bizarre way of selling massive items but if you ask for a trolley they look at you like you've come from mars.. oh and then there's the crazy system where you leave goods in the loading bay and the security guard who refuses to get off his chair asks you to remove all the bar codes and carry them around the shop with you.. Click and collect stock is just incorrect, so dont check and turn up expecting to buy anything ..They then fight tooth and nail not to sell you a display item when their stock shows it's actually in stock (because then "other customers won't know we sell it"
Litter filled ailes in the upstairs homeware dept is disgusting. What a place. For gods sake start to train your staff!!!

What a disappointment!! Overall a tired a dirty environment. The ladies toilets near outside food area are particularly nasty. Smells and looks like a cow shed. Walls, doors, toilets, sinks appalling. Encrusted with years of grime and filth. Shocking. Interior of the store is dated, clothes etc very drab, low quality and poor fashion style. Over priced for quality and style. Whole store is run down, lots of half stocked shelves......really disappointing first visit. Would not frequent this store again with its present presentation, stock and public conveniences!

Lovely big shop but Staff could be a lot more helpful and get some manners would not go there again.

Used to live in North Devon and went to Trago Mills often, sometimes just for a day out, still call in when down in Torquay on holiday with the caravan.
There is not much that you cannot buy at "Trago" from a pink elephant (material and stuffed of course) to a tin of paint, a crossbow or a rifle, (handy if you have problems with your neighbour)
Terrific bakers and cafes plus fish and chips on site, when leaving there is a Shell Garage and a superb jet wash for your car. This really is one shopping experience that you should put on your "bucket list", there are 3 massive stores at the moment, Trago Falmouth, Trago Liskeard, Trago Newton Abbot and a new one being built in Welsh Wales at
Merthyr Tydfil, this is going to be 18,580 square meters, or for us more mature folk that prefer to use the proper measurements, 200,000 square feet, that is a lot of square feet. Also one very large shop.

Love this place everything you need in one place cheap prices but thst sometimes reflects on the lower end tools but very goid over all
