I am very disappointed
I am very disappointed. In comparison with the first service action - trademark registration, the service has become very bad.
I paid for renew in advance (mistake!), after that no clear infos about terms, actions, only vague replies.
I have no idea, how it goes further, no info about next steps, no road map. I don't understand why it became so difficult to make a renewal.
And I can't get money back.

Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend Beyond Basic Filings
Unfortunately, this service turned out to be a poor investment of both time and money. It might be acceptable for a very basic trademark filing, but for anything more complex, the process is riddled with communication issues.
Right from the start, I was contacted by three different people, each suggesting different classifications—none of whom had taken the time to properly understand my product or even speak with me directly. This lack of alignment and proactive engagement led to confusion and inefficiencies.
My recommendation: educate yourself on the trademark process using AI or publicly available resources. Learn about the classification system, and draft a preliminary application or framework on your own. Then, consult a knowledgeable trademark attorney in person who can provide tailored advice without sending you down a rabbit hole of surprise fees and miscommunications.
I won’t be using this service again, but at the very least, I’ve learned what not to do.

I have asked them about two companies that use my name and offer the same service (one in my own backyard) and they only call to talk about why they shouldn't reach out to the company. It's a scam, don't waste your money.

It's a robbery!
The service is poor. You pay, but they keep your money. They excuse themselves by saying that because of the research and work they did (which is nothing and that information is publicly available), they'll keep your money. Even though you're open and understandable, they won't give you your money back.
Well, this platform is absurd. They tell you what they want to do, and that's their reason, and you have to accept what they say or get screwed and lose your money.
They sell you hundreds of services that are so simple at exorbitant prices, and they're still bothered.
They never finished the job, nor did they ever start it.

My experience with Trademarkia has been incredibly frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend their services. I paid upfront for their Standard Plan without much guidance on which plan would suit my needs. After speaking with the assigned lawyer, I realized that the process would be long and require ongoing attention, so the Quarterly Subscription would have been a better fit. However, when I reached out to their customer service to switch plans, the problems began.
I first requested the change on May 3rd, but Trademarkia didn’t respond for a week. When I followed up on May 8th, someone finally replied, but they didn’t resolve the issue. Their customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful, refusing to assist me in making adjustments after I had more information about the complexities of my case. Instead, they pushed all responsibility onto the assigned lawyer, leaving both me and the lawyer to deal with the situation.
The trademark application hasn’t even started, yet I’ve already faced delays, poor communication, and a lack of professionalism. It’s clear they don’t prioritize helping their customers or providing quality service. I ultimately decided to cancel my order and request a full refund. If you’re considering Trademarkia, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere to avoid the same hassle.

Great experience so far
I was very wary of using Trademarkia for my USPTO Trademark application due to all the negative reviews I saw online, however my Attorney Michael Markos and his colleague Nancy Molokwu, have been very professional and helpful through the process. I did get a minor refusal, and Mr Markos was thankfully very considerate and helpful in responding to the query without further billing from me.
I'm yet to receive approval for my application, but I'm very optimistic for a positive outcome, as has been the experience so far. Will make sure to update this review once I get my Trademark, so hopefully it helps someone else.

I recently subscribed to the “Logo…
I recently subscribed to the “Logo Search and Registrability Predictor” service, advertised at $29.99 per month. Wanting to avoid automatic renewal fees, I canceled the renewal before the next billing cycle. However, as soon as I canceled, they completely revoked my access—even though I had already paid for the rest of the month. This is misleading, as the monthly fee suggests you should have access for the entire paid period. I was very disappointed and would not recommend this service.

If the service you subscribed to, such as the AI-powered Logo Search and Registrability Predictor, is governed by a separate subscription model or triggers different technical handling, this should have been clearly stated. We are currently reviewing this internally and will ensure any such differences are disclosed transparently and updated accordingly.

Billed me 4 times and refunded two. never did what they said they would. Tried to scam me into a subscription, which I asked several times not to sign me up for. Utter waste of time from a worthless service.

As I previously stated, your fees were confusing when I originally signed up. Nowhere does it say in the buying process that there could be possible additional charges, which should be explained at checkout and not hidden in the terms. I would also like to remind you that I was the one who caught the overbilling, not you guys, and the response you gave last time would have been the correct way to address all the issues the first time around not make me jump through a bunch of hoops to help you understand what I needed.

On October 27, 2024, an order was submitted through our website for the Subscription Package, which includes filing and monitoring services for three classes. This package is clearly labeled as a subscription on our website and during the online checkout process. After receiving your email on October 28, 2024, stating you did not intend to select a subscription or proceed with multiple classes, we responded promptly.
The original $297.00 charge was fully refunded on the same day, and a revised payment link was provided for the Standard Package, which includes a one-class filing without monitoring. You submitted the corrected $299.00 payment for legal services on November 22, 2024. A separate payment of $350.00 was later submitted to cover the USPTO’s required government filing fee. Your application was properly filed and is pending before the USPTO.
In December, a duplicate charge of $299.00 occurred due to internal system activity. This was identified and fully refunded by our Finance Team in January 2025. At this time, only the appropriate legal and government fees have been retained, and all other transactions have been refunded in full.
We understand the importance of transparency and client trust. Every step taken in this matter—including all corrections and refunds—was based on your explicit direction and handled promptly. We remain committed to ethical service delivery and regret any frustration caused during the process.
