I can highly recommend Trade Classics and their online auction approach for selling classic cars. From the start they were friendly, but professional and clearly led me through each step of the process. For me the experience was a positive one with a sale at the end that met my expectations.

We recieved a completely professional service from Trade classics from start to finish with our Jaguar XKR going to auction. The company kept us informed every step of the way , we would not hesitate to recommend the company to family and friends and would like to give a big thank you to Kulraj and the whole team for providing a great service.

Recently won(?!) an auction for a MGB Roadster. The photos made it look amazing and a few issues were highlighted but ready to use for the summer as issues could be sorted in longer term. I arranged transport and my jaw dropped when I saw it. I actually thought there’d been an issue during transportation. The car had no power and had to be pushed up my drive. The doors couldn’t be opened with windows up because if roof defects, no weather strips on doors. The windscreen has been pushed back damaging the window frames which are broken from doors. Glass goes up but not within frame. Managed to get it to specialist who valued it at half of what I paid. Too many issues to list. Broke down on way back home and now up for sale as an honest project. I was deceived. The reserve was reduced from £8k to £5k to also hoodwink me in to thinking I was getting a good deal. Contemplating legal action.

Great for buyers I'd imagine as I just been offered a third of my cars market price. They have shown me an example of a similar car sold 2 years ago for double the price so after just one email I can see they are trying to pull the wool over my eye. Not as honest as you might think

I read with interest and became quite excited by the words of praise and satisfaction written on this review site by satisfied former customers. So much so that I immediately contacted them to organise the auction of my 1928 Singer Junior.
I spoke to Lydia who booked a telephone call for 10am yesterday morning 07/03/22 to explain how their system works and to sign me up.
I spent the whole day keeping myself available awaiting her call. I could be still waiting!
The excitement and anticipation has quickly drained away. They didn't have the courtesy to email to apologize and make another appointment.
I emailed her this morning to find out why they had let me down. Her response was to tell me they had been just too busy!
Treat customers with such disrespect and you won't be busy for much longer Trade Classics
I suggest you approach them with skepticism!

I had a great experience dealing with trade classics. Among people who I dealt with I can name Andrew, Kulraj and Natalie. They all did a great job making the whole process easy and successful. My car was sold smoothly to the lucky bidder. Highly recommended. 👍

When I decided to sell my MR2 I found Trade Classics online. I didn’t know them but initial contact was handled very professionally. I thought I’d give them a chance.... probably one of my better decisions. From first contact until the sale they were first class and the car sold for a price with which I was very happy. The money was transferred into my account and the buyer arranged collection never having seen the car. The entire experience was excellent and I have no hesitation in recommending them

I've been looking for a 911 for some time and I came across a listing on Trade Classics which pretty much had all the spec I was looking for.
Their advert was full of detail with a huge amount of photos and full details of all the cars history and receipts.
I normal wouldn't dream of spending this amount of money on a car without seeing or driving it but after seeing their advert and speaking with them on the phone I had enough confidence to place the winning bid.
I would certainly recommend Trade Classics for anyone thinking of selling or buying a car with them.

At every step of the way this company was utterly professional in selling my 1971 Lotus Elan Sprint. From initial contact from Lydia who patiently explained the process to the visit by Kulraj who spent hours photographing and videoing the car, everything was done as you would hope. I intend using again - what better recommendation.

After listing my car elsewhere I got a call from Lydia at Trade Classics who explained their business and how they could help sell my Aston Martin. To be honest, I was a bit sceptical at first, I think the world of buying and selling cars is awash with sharks. However, I decided to give it a go and I'm SO pleased I did. Everyone at and associated with Trade Classics is 100% professional. Jon spent at least three hours at my home, photographing and filming every inch of the car, the reserve was agreed and the auction proceeded to achieve a very satisfactory price, with a buyer who turned out to be a great bloke. As a buyer I love the attention to detail you get from Trade Classics. I didn't visit the car before purchase, I used the detail and material provided. It was all there to see and allowed me to bid with some confidence. Don't get me wrong, use the history provided scour the photos and videos and ask the questions but with this spectrum of detail you have time to prepare and make the decision that is right for you.

Just purchased a lovely BMW ZM Coupe through Trade Classics. Super in-depth description with everything you could need to know. Saves all the hassle of inspection before committing to buy. Everything as described, would highly recommend! Very professional company

Recently secured a very tidy and ultra low mileage Mercedes Benz SLK for a good price. All very straightforward - I particularly like the feature which extends the bidding by two minutes after the official end of the auction, ie not like eBay where you take a punt in the last few seconds. I wish these guys well in the future.

From the very first contact with Adam everything went like clockwork. He carefully explained the procedure, asked lots of questions about my car then gave his opinion and a valuation and a suggested reserve. He then e-mailed more details of the whole process and I agreed to his valuation and agreed to go ahead with the sale. Using the guidelines I had photos taken and submitted these along with all the details which were then put into the required format. The proposed advert was sent to me for approval which I accepted and the auction went ahead with a successful outcome.
I was very impressed with the professional way this was conducted along with the friendly, helpful service.
I would happily recommend Trade Classics to anyone.
