We were greeted at the entrance by a friendly member of staff asked what we were looking for and he took us directly to what we were looking for explained the discount and told us about other products we could buy whilst still at the shop every member of staff we spoke to was very helpful especially Jordan goldsmith who help with the final part of the process many thanks to all involved

Great range of cars and team are very sales focused but after sales are awful. We paid an extra premium for a tracker, tyre product and car mats. We got the tracker to find it's only for two years. No proof of that tyres have been treated and no sign of car mats. Called central line on several occasions. Call centre takes a message for a call back from branch, but the call back is yet to happen. Feels very much like the focus is sell sell sell but once that car leaves the forecourt forget it!

Saira was so lovely completing my finance car sale & really made me feel at ease. Would 100% recommend using Trade Centre!

Can’t fault Callum and Jordan for their friendliness, efficiency and professionalism. Callum kindly drove us home in the new car. BUT the dust caps weren’t replaced on the tyres after preparing my car for purchase so there are none on my new car. Not particularly happy about that. Otherwise a great experience.

We brought a car through trade centre it stunk of petrol and wasnt offered a test drive . We tried to give it back but got refused as they said the parts were servicable . They apparently changed the exhaust brackets and fixed it but we took it to an exhaust specialist and they said no brackets had been changed just a back box so was lied to. It is also now coming up with muliple brake faults and engine management light . I would advise not to buy from them . We are taking it to the motor ombudsman .

Complaint Regarding My Experience with The Trade Centre Coventry. Dear Trade Centre Coventry, I am writing to express my disappointment with the way my case has been handled. I purchased a Kia Sportage from your dealership, but shortly after the purchase I experienced a significant gearbox problem. After several visits, inspections, and discussions with your after-sales team, it was agreed that the vehicle would be returned. I signed all the necessary documents for the vehicle transfer back to your company and for the cancellation of the finance agreement. I was told I would receive a full refund within 15 days. Unfortunately, the communication throughout this process has been very poor. I have had to contact both your dealership and the finance company myself to request updates. When I contacted the finance company, they informed me that they had not received any notification regarding the cancellation of my finance agreement, which has caused me considerable concern and uncertainty. Returning a faulty vehicle should not be such a stressful and frustrating experience. I expected a much higher standard of customer service, communication, and efficiency from such a large dealership. At this stage, based on my experience, I cannot recommend your dealership.

The team were lovely, polite and very helpful. Sorted me out with the car I wanted.. the only downfall to the whole process was the time it took. I got there around 2:30pm ish and didn't leave until nearly 9pm.! My 2 children were so tired and playing up as bedtime is normally 6:30 but apart from that it was a great service.

Purchased a car from the trade Center back in April, A citroen C4 Cactus. The day later it started vibrating at high speeds, tried to get it booked in with trade centre and potentially return it, that proved harder than it should be, decided to let them repair it, turns out they had put something in my tyres to slow down punctures and it was causing a really bad rattle. Three weeks later I found out why, i have 3 flat tyres that are slowly deflating, the car itself has engine problems and needs full new pistons, and it feels like driving a boat on a good day. Would not recommend trade center at all to anyone.

Mohammad Al Fahim Shaun Hubbard were extremely pleasant. Efficient and polite. Made the final part of the purchase smooth and informative along the way.

Terrible after service , was left without a car twice for three weeks at a time, never a courtesy car available

Quite frankly it doesn't even warrant a one star. Bought a car two days ago and already the warning engine light is on. Took it back to the After Sales Team. The man on reception lacked basic customer service skills, made no eye contact and mumbled in to his screen. They can't diagnose the problem for 7 days. Then the earliest for repairs was another 10 days. They claimed they had no courtesy cars either and there was absolutely nothing they can do. Absolutely shocking, appalling service from the Coventry branch.

I purchased a 2020 Fiat 500 Mild Hybrid from Trade Centre UK, and within approximately 36 hours the vehicle became undriveable after losing power and displaying an engine management light and misfire faults.

From that point onwards, the experience was incredibly stressful. Communication was very poor. I was repeatedly promised phone calls and updates that never came, and I often had to chase for information myself.

I initially was forced into to a repair before a proper diagnosis had even been made, but after losing confidence in the vehicle I exercised my legal right to reject it. The rejection process takes far longer than it should have and is unfortunately still ongoing. This left me without a car and forced me to purchase another vehicle so I could continue travelling to work.

This entire experience has had a huge impact on my finances and my mental health and wellbeing. A vehicle failing within 36 hours of purchase is unacceptable, but the lack of communication and the way the situation was handled made it far worse.

I cannot recommend Trade Centre UK based on my experience.
