Bullying, uncaring, unintelligent and grotesque! Submitted an online query containing all relevant information and details. After 10 days received a reply saying that account is no longer monitored?! So you’re forced to call, it’s takes hours to get through. They are set up to take payments only. My case is wrong vehicle, wrong location, couldn’t be more wrong, clearly not me, but they expect you to pay regardless. It’s hilarious. Gladly see you in court Bully boys!
People are very unhelpful- although the fine was wrong there was almost no communication apart from vague court case threats- Was told i need to pay within the next five days or courts would become involved- I had received no correspondence no letters/emails until I called and asked for this to be sent for my own reference. Customer service from Tina was just dismissive and rude.
I keep getting harrassed and threatening letters demanding payment. This is over an alleged parking breach of contract and I’ve already made it quite clear I’m happy to go to court so clearly and obviously trying to bully me to pay money before it gets to court as they probably know I will win as I always have done if it goes that far.

After receiving a letter off this company for the first time, I decided to call them. I am so happy I recorded the call. Via their letter, they write that: ‘our client has written to you about parking you owe them’. This is not true, in my call, ‘I told TRACE Debt Recovery UK Limited that: ‘their client, Parking Control Management UK Limited, is a first class liars, has mislead them, the fact is that today is the first time that I have heard about this matter and therefore your involvement is premature. I do not accept, I dispute this charge and if your client feels he/she has a case then they should send this matter to the Swansea County Court. Be advised that I will not accept any judgements, fake warrants of control, CCJ’s or other from the Northampton Business Centre’ which is not a county court at all as it has no judges, solicitors or other.’
I also explained to them in this call: ‘although the car is in my name, due to the several months time lapse, that it is not fair or reasonable to remember who would be driving the car at that time’.
Lastly, as heard via this call, I warned then and put them on notice of the following: ‘you are warned and on notice that I am disabled and vulnerable. Having done a search on TRACE debt recovery, I have seen the bad reviews about you! Hence, why you are being warned and on notice that I will not have anything to do with you whatsoever. Under no circumstances will I be in contact with you again in relation to this matter. Now that you are aware that I will have nothing to do with TRACE Debt Recovery UK Limited, the harassment acts will no longer protect you! Should you contact me again in relation to this matter then complaints will be made to South Wales Police against the Boss of TRACE Debt Recovery UK Limited. Complaints will also commence to your regulators, Parliament members, and media and website app platforms’.
TRACE Debt Recovery UK Limited will not have anything from me for this private parking charge at Sqiwen Service Station SA10, they can take a run and jump.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Awful people. Due to a cashier oversight we ended up owing £160 with their fees. They state there had been several attempts to contact me…. Not true. I offered to pay the original sum…,,, not allowed. After being threatened with bailiffs if I took them to court, They frightened me enough to pay in full. I wasn't allowed to pay in instalments and for someone recovering from a stroke with little income, this was a massive amount to pay in one go.
Nasty, money grabbing, insensitive people
Absolute nasty company they intimidate you even if you make an appeal and threaten you every week with court!
