Not recommended for international trade!!

Placed an order for delivery by 14th Dec on 14th Nov. Never received. Carriage fee very expensive. Was told by Toynk that UPS delivered to UK Royal Mail. Royal Mail say it was not. Both parties says TOYNK have to talk to them not me. Toynk seems to have gone silent.

I now have a tearful child and three companies who will not talk to each other. And $55 out of pocket.

Will be speaking with credit card company to arrange chargeback.

free shipping does not work, the store charges a huge amount for shipping

Suite à une précommande jour 1 d'un mini frigo Xbox sur leur site ( très difficile à trouver comme le sont les ps5), le service client l'annule soit disant à ma demande parce que j'ai demandé à être livré le jour de la sortie du produit alors qu'il évoquait un délai plus long qu'à l'origine . Il est désormais impossible de pre commander à nouveau ce produit en série limitée et je ne pourrait pas l'avoir. Ce site est nul nul nul. A bannir.

When I first ordered from this site, I was not sure about the company and then I read some bad reviews. I was told my order would get to me in two weeks and to my surprise I got it in 5 days after order. I am also very with my product!! Kudos to toynk!!!!!!!!

Their customer service is absolutely atrocious. I placed a $150 order and received the wrong item. When I contacted them, they said to send the item back and sent a label to return the item. Good enough. But when I asked if the item I actually ordered was in stock (as when I checked the site, it still said "pre-order"), I at first got no reply for three days. So I followed up with a simple request for someone to get back to me. The email I received back was smarmy and rude. When I told them that their customer service was lacking, they tried to tell me that the item was in stock and it said so online - sure, it says that now. A few days ago, when I originally asked the question, it didn't say that. I'm not the kind of person who normally writes negative reviews but I couldn't believe how rude not one but TWO of their customer service reps were. Stay far away if you'd like to be treated with respect! This company sucks. They get simple orders wrong AND they have zero customer service. What a joke.

This company is really shady. They sell on many sites. They sent me what was supposed to be a Chase funko pop but was the standard instead. They then told me to send it back to be inspected for an exchange. It was purchased through the Overstock.com marketplace. They then changed the item to out of stock and put the item up for sale for 10.00 more on their website issued me a refund with no communications about sending the correct pop. Just sad they would do collectors this way. They say an extra dollar to be made and left me in the ditch without even a response after the initial email to Customer Service.

Delivery went horribly wrong due to the Postal Services in Belgium... Order 23/3/21... delivery 6/5/21.Contacted Toynk through mail and always got a swift reply. They did not bother to check with the carrier and did all they could to find out where the package has been. They even did a partial refund at the beginning due to the issues and finally refunded the whole package. When I received it, I sent a mail to give me the payment details again because they where so helpful! 5 stars and I will certainly order again!

Shipping was free and I think it was pretty fast for free. Quality is good and overall 5/5 experience.

Ordered a 13” Pokémon Jigglypuff Plush for granddaughter and it was not “plush” at all!!
Material was rough and it was hard as a rock! Terrible....buyer beware!

Bought a harry potter clock that was defective, very poor quality. Sent Item back for refund they refunded tax 3.16 and kept 44.98 of the original 44.99 for restocking fee refund reduction. When we complained they now claim we sent an empty box even though we have post office weight scale slip showing weight of clock and box. Total rip off company, lost us and all other family and friends as customers good luck trying to stay in business with this type of customer care.

Back in Nov 2020 I purchased two sets of Star Wars Mandalorian dishes. They were a preorder item so I knew that I was going to have a wait. Early December, I still did not have my order and reached out to Toynk to get an update. I promptly received a response and was told that there was a delay in the shipment to them and that they were expecting them to ship soon. Around the end of December, I checked in again with Toynk and once again received a prompt response telling me the dishes would ship in about two weeks. Days later, I received notification that the dishes had shipped. They arrived in perfect shape as they were packed in boxes that were in boxes that were in boxes. The dishes looked much better than they even looked on the website. They have an iridescence to them that the picture on the site just does not do justice for. They have a nice weight to them and appear that they will hold up to daily use. After receiving the dishes, I had several other exchanges with Toynk. Each and every time they were very prompt and professional in their responses. They appear to take great pride in customer service and satisfaction which is something you do not see a lot of these days.

Thank you for the very fast delivery and great products! I ordered a few items last week to be delivered to my godchild. I was not so sure it will be delivered before Christmas yet it did! My godchild was so happy! Thank you for accommodating my request of a short message in the package! Highly recommended!

Plate was broken and couldnt get ahold of customer service. Horrible experience.

ordered a plush, it stinks! and doesnt match the picture. I shouldn't have to pay the shipping cost to return a faulty product.

I ordered a toy on November 30 2020. Today is December 14 2020 and according to tracking number it’s current ship location is Glendale Hts. Illinois. Allegedly departed toynk on December 04 yet for the past 10 days usps awaiting item and still no receipt. I’ve left online messages and called company numerous time this past week as well as today. No response except it’s in it’s way. Standard bs reply.
In addition the product I have come to find out that the item price is twice as much as what is sold in stores.
Can’t blame this poor service on COVID. What say you Toynk?
