Surprisingly went well. I was a bit worried with all the bad reviews but upon receiving my Gojo figurine, he looks amazing and authentic. The box was not damaged at all and shipping was quite fast. So I would say this experience went well!

I signed up for their email list because there was a 10% off offer for first time purchase. There was no indication there was a restriction on this offer. Turns out, the one thing I wanted from their website (Geeki Tiki products) was not part of the promotion, even though there was no restrictions mentioned. Took my business elsewhere for the shady lack of transparency.

Purchased a Topps Project 70 card 483, and it arrived damaged. Their policy won’t let me return or exchange as it’s a baseball card.

The description on their website also doesn’t state that it’s a USED item. I purchased this under the assumption it was new, which is why the premium price tag. I have suspect they purchase a lot of these types of cards, pull the parallels and number cards, and sell off the bases. I wanted to warn other collectors of their shady practice.

Such horrible customer service. I wanted to order a case of blind boxes. The price was almost $70. I figured there was no way that was the price for one blind box but messaged customer service to be sure. I was told it was the case price. So I placed my order and it came right away (I'm also in Illinois). I was surprised the shipping box was pretty small. I opened it. Lo and behold it was one single box. When I reached out to them I thought they'd make it right. I even supplied a screen shot of my chat with customer service. Nope. Basically I was told oops, too bad so sad, here's a label to send it back. Toynk can pound sand.

Na veel te lang wachten en slechte tot geen hulp van klantenservice eindelijk mijn bestelling ontvangen, nu net 1.5 jaar later is het product kapot gegaan en weigeren ze enige vorm van hulp te verlenen en negeren de EU wetgeving, zodra je ze hierop wijst negeren ze je.

This was my first order- not only did my order arrive quickly (which is amazing considering it’s the holidays), but everything came extremely well wrapped. You could tell there was care and thought put into the safe arrival of my purchase. Not only that, but they included a free bonus pin! I am so pleased. I would certainly not hesitate to be a repeat customer with Toynk!

I bought an item for my grandson from them on Amazon which later I found for a $20 reduced price elsewhere. So when I tried to return the item ( unopened and clearly in same condition as I received it) they said it was an unreturnable item because of health and safety concerns. NO WHERE did it say this when I ordered it in good faith. This is a very shady outfit. Too bad I didn’t read reviews before but have never had this problem with an Amazon item before

I bought an item that wound up being defective, they had the fastest response and best customer service! I will definitely do more business with Toynk in the future!

Had a bad experience with this company, one of the worst I've ever had with an online order in fact. Ordered an item off their Amazon store (fulfilled by them, not by Amazon) and they never delivered it. I was disappointed enough by this but then they claimed I'd refused delivery (I hadnt) and only refunded approx 70% of the order, withholding the rest as some kind of penalty charge to cover their shipping. Customer service was very poor, rude and unhelpful and insistent that I would have to pay this charge. In the end I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my money back. Also the negative review I left them on Amazon soon disappeared, so I was even silenced from discussing the poor service I experienced. I hope the same doesnt happen on here.

I bought a set of baseball cards from these folks. Not only was the set damaged, but I sent it back to them with proof they received the package and still had to pay for it because they wouldn’t issue a refund. Once they got the package, communication cease between Sabrina and myself. Sabrina was the customer service rep who asked for everything just to ignore me. Very, very poor customer service. If you don’t get what you expect, you’re paying for it anyway.

These guys came to Comic con during the pandemic and their entire staff had issues following the mask guidelines, and despite reaching out to the company to ask for their support in getting their employees to comply.

One guy in particular with short black hair and glasses absolutely refused to wear one the whole event, and their complete disregard for immune compromised folks in a setting where everyone is supposed to be safe feels exploitive. I will never patronize this business again, they do not care about their customers safety.

My orders just arrived and they are so neatly-packed. I love the little side note that came with it. Thanks, fashion nova. So far, I am in love with almost all the collections here. Can't wait for the next arrivals.

Commande jamais reçu sur un produit à plus de 150 euros, impossible de se faire rembourser malgré des dizaines de mails, je pense même qu'un procès pour se faire contre une telle enseigne qui a simplement décidé de voler ses clients ! A ne pas faire confiance pour l'instant !!!

Ce site est une vraie arnaque ! Apres avoir passé ma commande je ne l'ai jamais reçu et quand j'envoie un mail pour mon remboursement je n'ai pas de réponses. Une honte !!!

This site is a real scam! After placing my order I never received it and when I send an email for my refund I have no response. A shame !!!

I received the discovery launch puzzle as a gift and enjoyed the challenge. However your quality control on the was very poor, I had to have a bottle of Elmer’s glue on hand to repair over thirty tabs and had numerous pieces that were bent out of shape. Pire site de vente en ligne au monde. De simple voleur et incompétents. 1 mois de retards sur une précommande et aucun geste commercial. Ça a même été pire. Il y a eu des frais de douanes non prévu en plus du prix exorbitant des articles. Fuyez.

J'ai commandé sur leur site et ils sont réactifs j'ai eu des problème avec les frais que je ne devais pas payer ils me les ont rembourser sans aucun soucis.

After 3 month waiting for get a PREORDER item I was suposed to get last month, I send a mail asking what happen, when are they gonna send my package and if its gonna take so long if I coud cancel and get my money back.

The send me a mail that they gonna have it in stock next week, and ALSO , they cancel my order. 3 month waiting and one week before they send it they cancel it. They coud respond and ask i I want a refound instead of answer and cancel. Now not any in stock of the product. What a joke company, and the people ansewring the mails are trash, I think they dont get paid enough or have a sad life.
Im not buying in there anything.
