Everything was excellent. I was glad to find both of these AoS collectibles and at a reasonable price. USPS was a little slow getting the package, but I can hardly fault Toynk. I will certainly order from the again. Exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price and delivered expediently. Couldn’t ask for more.

Love the product. The preorder was initially delayed, but Toynk was very good about keeping me in the loop.

Pre-ordering was quick and easy. I got email updates as soon as the items shipped and everything arrived quickly and well-packaged. Would definitely order from Toynk again.

With the triple digit heat and COVID creating extra shopping/packages coming to everyone the boxes are taking a beating. I'd ordered the Golden Girls Mini Tikis for a gift. Two of the four arrived damaged. Instead of making me do the return shuffle these nice folks quickly said, "we'll send you replacements, with extra bubble wrap". And they did! No Extra Charges, No Hassle, NO Worries!!! I cannot remember any company replying faster or making a damaged replacement go easier! Fan For Life. Good on Ya.

Had I known there is a Trust Pilot business page for this horrible business, I would've put down a warning review sooner.

Long story short, great prices, but $100 worth of collectible toys never got delivered correctly to my house address.

Contacted customer service, and it was just nothing but a NIGHTMARE. I think if this department would've been more friendly or helpful, this would not be anywhere near a 1 star review. The customer service is the sole reason why no one should shop at ToyNK.com.

SERIOUSLY, DON'T.

Their basic strategy was just to blame, blame, blame: Blame the shipper. Blame UPS/Fedex (whichever was the primary/first courier service). Then blame USPS. Then blame possible theft. Then tell the customer file a police report. Then shurg it off.

You know what, as a business, you know DAMN WELL no police is going to investigate $100 worth of stolen TOYS, let alone there isn't sufficient evidence or resource on the customer's part (ie my part) to help or salvage this situation with the police.

Basically, they abandon any and all responsibility, and let the customers who lost their money to fend for themselves. And they run off with your $100.

I dealt with four different individuals from their "help" or "customer service" department, and every single one was trained to screw you over. The basic script is entirely the same, and the end result is always "We have no control over this; we have no part in this; we will not help you".

Till this day, I would rate it one the WORST shopping experience I've had in my entire life. Do not shop online with this seller.

If you happen to be at the physical store, and the prices are fair, then go on ahead. I guess there won't be much to lose in person. But by all means, do yourself a big favor, and skip the online experience.

I bought a cute hello kitty mug, but when I got it it looked like a child painted it. When I went to go return it I have to pay return shipping and end up losing money i don't have to lose on a stupid mug. I will not be buying form them again. Quality control dose not exist anymore. Also they don't do exchanges don't waist your money.

Purchase was easy. It arrived on time. No complaints.

I did not receive the items. I understand the delays at the post office, the poor review is not due to that, I know you can’t help the USPS. The poor review is due to the 3 emails and multiple calls I made two weeks after purchasing to see if I could get some information as to why the items had not moved for over a week. No one picked up on multiple days during business hours, no calls back either. I sent 3 separate emails and didn’t hear back for 4 days to spite your automated response saying I’d get a response in no longer than 24 hours. You can’t help the USPS but you can return a call or email in a reasonable amount of time. Will never purchase from you again.

One word. Awesome.
