My favorite hat is my Infidel Opsgear hat. I like the low profile fit and I cant find another one like it. I wore it in Afghanistan in 2011 and I I would love to find a brand new one. This one is getting a little bit worn out.

Misleading information of product
Misleading information of product, it was late, and when I had to return it all they gave me was an address and didnt even offer to pay for shipping it back.

if I could give this a minus 5 I would, we ordered a vest for a Christmas present , on the 14th of December, money was taken out of my account instantly, the next day I was notified that the company was sold and there could be an issue with anything ordered before the email. The order has never came and it is Dec. 30th. we have emailed and did receive a response ; That the warehouse was closed and they were not able to see if it was shipped or not. This was my Husbands main present, he had wanted it for over a year, I am Legally Blind and have very few funds, it took me that year to save up for this item, I thought since they had been around for at least a year they should be a good company, guess I was wrong.

I asked for support which I only partially received. As I needed a liner for my Gortex swiftly, I decided to find it external to military supply system. And decided to order from OPSGEAR for the fitst tine . I paid extra for UPS Ground Setvice as was offered on the website to get my liner to me in time. Ordered was confirmed but no shipping info sent back for tracking. OPSGEAR took the extra payment for shipping but did not ship as paid, rather shipped by FEDEX Smart Post which is cheap, slower than the regular Post but with tracking. I tried to phone and greater than 24 hours from leaving message, no call returned. I used the support email which was partially answered as they sent me the requested tracking number but failed to identify the service so I had to request clarification which they provided only for me to discover that I was mislead, and feel cheated on the shipping charge- did not get se Vice as indicated and paid extra for. Sent additional email to support after discovering ship method asking for remedy. No support answer. In fact the request for rating was sent prior to service rendered so I retained fir accuracy of service. Ordered Dec 9 and now is dec 18. Package will not arrive for at least 2 more days which I hope is what I ordered. This review is still premature on the item as ordered but I was cheated on shipping and the service remedy stinks. Many options so I would not order from them again. Their service makes the Uniforn Distribution Center look really efficient. Sorry guys- you need to get better and honor payments and shipping specifications as paid for. At a minimum, you owe me a shipping refund. Order OG-57896

Will never order from this company again. The customer service needs a lot of work. You have to leave a message over the phone and no one returned my call or messages I sent to customer support. I ordered a Rockwell Watch on December 2 and the item was in stock, I received an order conformation, but that is all the communication that I have received from them until after the fifth email 4 weeks later stating that the item was sold out but they had the same watch in a different color available, if I had wanted it in another color I would have ordered it to start with. They also had deducted funds from my banking account two days after I placed the order so I assumed that the item had shipped. I was ordering the watch for a Christmas present and they should have contacted me sooner to let me know the item was out of stock so that I could have shopped elsewhere to get better customer service and the watch that I was looking for.
Terrible shipping and customer service
Placed my order the evening of December 3, card was charged the next day. Here it is, 15 days later and I haven't received the package, a shipping notice, or anything resembling confirmation of any further action on my order. I didn't opt to pay the $40+ for overnight or 2 day shipping, but didn't think I'd still be waiting over 2 weeks later. Calls to customer service have gone unanswered and the only information the website can offer me is yes, I did indeed order and pay for my items. Until this matter is resolved, I CANNOT recommend purchasing from this vendor.

I am sorry but I just don't get the complete lack of customer service. I placed an order for a jacket on 11/24/17. I received the email confirmation of my order and then...silence....I wrote to the company on 12/5/17 asking for an update....more silence....I called the company and got their voicemail. I left a detailed message asking for an update and referencing my earlier email and I received....more silence.....at this point I reached saturation level frustration and called again only to reach more voicemail. At that point I left a message telling Opsgear to cancel my order as I can get this same jacket MUCH FASTER through Amazon et al. Now, I get an email from Opsgear asking for my review of a product I never received and/or for my review of customer service that never bothered to call/email me back or update me! Wow boys, you really need to pull it together. I fully realize this is the crazy time of year for any business but to have a complete lack of communication is inexcusable.

I haven't received my order yet. I ordered it quite a while ago. There is no tracking number to check on it. I emailed them 3 days ago to ask about it and have not gotten a response, not even an email confirmation that my message was received. My order was over $100. I'm ready to contact BBB and find out what is going on.
