THEIFS! CROOKS! UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!
Returned some of my order to the returns address stated on their website. Items were delivered back to them with proof on the 15.06.2022 but I heard nothing back. I emailed 3 times and have been in contact with them via Instagram.
The company have responded to me to admit their mistake as they updated their returns address a couple of days after I returned my items and have since moved warehouse.
2 weeks later and I have STILL not been refunded. It is essentially theft now as they’re ignoring me via email and Instagram now.
AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.
Cannot believe companies are allowed to operate this unprofessionally. I tried to be courteous and patient but I am sick of being ignored.

Disappointing experience!!
Ordered on the 7th of Dec and promised a 1/2 days delivery. Been nearby 2 weeks and nothing has been received. Contacted the customer service team via Instagram throughout this whole time and got told first order was held at the Royal Mail depot due to high demand and should be delivered in 1-2 days. After I kept on chasing them daily, they finally told me they haven’t received my orders from the factory and won’t be ready soon. My order is actually a preorder, but however on their website, the item is still not being listed as out of stock which will certainly misguide more customers. Very disappointed with the experience and will certainly never shop at this brand ever.
