Great service received from TotallyBeads. My order arrived 2 days after placing my order and all items arrived in perfect condition. Very good selection of products on the website, plus great video tutorials.

Very poor comunication with Simon. He says completely different stuuf than tracking information from Royal Mail. It took them ages to pack and send my order. I highly recommend Charming Beads instead. The comunication, customer service and quality is much better than here, avoid if you want to save yourself a headache.

Bought from this company a few times,mostly Toho beads. Delivery was quick,beads 4stars out of 5,because find mixed up different kind of beads and some out of shape,even in the Toho brand beads.Last time my Toho 29B arrived 1/3rd mixed up with lowest quality unknown brand beads,which simply impossible to use: all different shapes,sizes and in different finish/ shade. Yellow black lined Luster beads (very cheap £2 for 100gr) I ordered the same time came with wet black dye inside the beads and leaves stains everywhere it touches! Contacted company,provided images and has been told by Simon,that he can't see any mixed up beads in his bag. His answer came LITERALLY 1-2 minutes after I sent my message. Meaning,he just wrote answer and checked nothing. Yes,return for a full refund was offered,but this is not about money. You lost my trust guys,means you lost a customer.

I almost didn’t buy from this company as the reviews on here seemed a bit concerning. But I ordered on Sunday night and used the cheapest postage, it was dispatched on Tuesday afternoon and arrived on Wednesday morning so would recommend anyone else to have some faith.

I’m new to beading and have tried a number of companies for bead supplies. I don’t do it as a business purely a hobby. This was my first time of ordering with this company and can truthfully say I am very impressed. Yes one of my items was out of stock but these things happen, the beads I have received are lovely I’m so pleased! They were very well packaged and arrived within 1 day of being dispatched (Royal Mail not special delivery). Would definitely recommend and will be placing another order soon I have no doubt.

Beads were fine but one item they accepted on my order didn't arrive. Note with order said out of stock. They didn't refund all the money but sent me a small bobbin of completely different thread. Said it was free but it wasn't as they didn't give me back the full cost of the thread. Why not just give me a full refund?

My beads never turned up. The company sent me receipts showing delivery, apparently they sent them twice. They initially said it was up to me to chase it up with Royal Mail. But the Royal Mail website said the company should chase it, not the recipient. They then asked if I had received a delivery card or asked my neighbours if they’d taken it in. But they only had to look at the order to see that it was very small items and undoubtedly postable. No other parcels have gone astray, so why should two from the same company go astray? I now have to carve out time to investigate this with the post office, as PayPal say they received evidence from the company that Royal Mail made the delivery. At every stage I have felt zero effort has been made to understand what has gone wrong. I’ve had to do all the thinking. Why would the complaints manager not know it was their duty to chase up? And that this was a postable sized order? The wierdest thing was a refund they put into my account for one item that was out of stock. The day of supposed delivery. Yet the refund didn’t correspond to the price of any of the items. The only way it would have made sense would be if they had refunded the item cost but not the VAT. But how can that be legal? And despite multiple enquiries they were unable to tell me which of the five different items I ordered was out of stock. None of this adds up.

As is usual, excellent service. used the cheapest delivery and beads here the day after dispatched. 3 days from ordering to being in my hand. Lovely beads.

I’ve made two orders with Totally Beads recently, the last ordered was ordered on Wednesday and arrived promptly by noon the next day. I also received confirmation each time my orders were shipped. Postage was also very reasonable via Royal Mail in the UK. I was impressed with the wide range of beads available and was so happy with the quality of the beads from my first purchase, that I ordered some more.

An additional bonus of this particular bead supply store, is that they also have easy to follow tutorials on You Tube. This is a great way to see some of the available stock in use and also get design ideas. There are also jewellery making kits available on the website.

I love this company, the beads are awesome, so many good choices I get carried away and the prices are really good, they are also really helpful and answer questions quickly.

My 97 yr. old mother still is able to bead and loves it. She ordered some beads from totally beads.co.uk and with no understanding about the shipping, as it is not in English she ordered a small package of beads. Her shipping was 40.00 and of course she should have realized it was out of the country but she is 97. I requested some help with this cost and company refused. NEVER again will we order from this company. They should have shipping costs clear to the consumer. My mom is on a fixed income with only social security coming in. Of course she will not order again without our assistance. Very dis-appointment that they had no compassion or understanding.

I paid extra for next day delivery, however according to UPS, Totally Beads didn't actually send it this way and sent it with 5 working days shipping.

Although they have an amazing range of beads and jewellery items, I would advise anyone buying beads from them to weigh them when they arrive, my 10g bags consistently weigh in at 7g and 20g bags weigh in at 17g
