Never got my order, even contacted them on ig a few times, they replied and said ti was coming and then the second time, they said they would look into it and get back to me but never did. I'm really disappointed because I was actually put on this prant by a YouTuber, was not expecting it to be a scam.

I ordered over 6 months ago and never received my order or a refund. I emailed them numerous times and tried to contact them on Instagram and through the Shop app. I made it clear that I would like a refund. I was unable to track the package, I believe they never sent it out. I got one reply about how they will look into it, however, they did not and I was not able to reach them again as they failed to reply to my emails. I noticed that many people are having this experience with this company therefore I would not recommend making an order as you will most likely not get your package or a refund.

I placed an order over 1 year ago and still have not received one of the items in that order. I have emailed over 8 times and have only been responded to twice usually saying sorry & requesting more info or giving a “solution” to then never answer again. All I want is the item I PAID for a year ago. This is absolutely ridiculous & horrible customer service. I hate writing bad reviews especially for a small business but I would never shop here again and I would not recommend shopping here for the simple fact you will be charged and possibly not receive what you paid for. Based on the many other bad reviews I have seen since this happening it seems this is a pattern and I wish had of searched reviews before ordering.

i didn’t receive my item and had to request a refund through paypal, they lied and said it was shipped

Authentic jewellery, nice and comes fast

Necklace arrived broken and they never responded to my many emails. Thankfully, I opened up a dispute with my bank and my bank refunded me. Super scammy site.

still waiting on an order i placed on the 20th of august. it says 3-10 business days and it has been 12+ business days

my necklace came in great condition and packaging. i love the necklace and it doesn't change colour, the only thing i would recommend to the company is to give an option of a longer chain.
