Claim filed in august 2025. They kept putting us off and finally started 3 months later. They had to replace s 2’x2’ piece of subfloor around our toilet. We ended up staying in a hotel for almost a month while they had our water shut off to do the repairs. They chipped the glass counter on my vanity and wouldn’t own up to it so we now have to replace the vanity ourselves. Took them 6 months to finish which is ridiculous and Cindy the manager was very ignorant to us and her workers. She was unprofessional and not pleasant to deal with. I would not recommend Total Restoration to anyone. Go with anyone else and stay away from dealing with this company.

Contacted the company via checkatrade the repointing of the wall was well below industry standards. He applied the water repellent before mortar joints had time to dry causing stained brick work. The whole job took 5 hrs for one man and cost £800. Some of the work left unfinished and mortar mess left on the ground.
I put photos on a builders forum of the repointed wall and they confirmed it was well below industry standards.
