Just back from trip to Puglia - what an experience everyday was wonderful- we had the best tour guide in Stefano - always smiling and helpful - he is so attentive and watching for anything he can do to make your holiday the best it can be. Great singing voice is his extra

We're just back from the most wonderful Top-flight tour of Puglia. The trip was historical, cultural, interactive and, altogether, so much fun. We had the best tour guide called Stefano, whose motto is "everyone leaves with a smile & no-one gets left behind". He lived up to this motto on every occasion. From the beautiful white city of Ostuni all the way to Matera, Stefano was permanently available. Not an easy job on a tour of mostly retirees of varying ages, but he did this all with a smile & an easygoing nature that always fun to be around. The hotel was very good, Top-flight were excellent, but the hero of our trip was Stefano.

We have just returned from Puglia. What a holiday. Our guide Stefano was excellent, 5 stars without a doubt. We experienced Puglia so well in seven days. The tours were amazing, coastal, countryside, culture,cheese making, cookery classes, food, all excellent and great fun, and plenty of free time also. The hotel was lovely, very relaxing and the staff were excellent. Our group all got on very well, great fun and chats over breakfast and dinner.

Lake Garda guided tour was a great choice. Accommodation was excellent. Guides were friendly and informative. Booked tours were well organised.
Only issue was length of time the transfer took. Too many drop offs before our hotel extended the journey from airport to accommodation to 3.5hrs. No toilet breaks and no toilet on the bus. Missed our dinner at the hotel due to this.

This was our first trip to Puglia and we had a great time. We learned so much about the area, the culture, the history and the amazing food. Our Topflight tour guide Stefano was exceptional, he was incredibly knowledgeable, extremely thoughtful and brilliantly professional. He totally delivered on his motto ‘everyone smiling … and no-one left behind’. 😁

We have just returned from Puglia . This holiday surpassed our expectations. It was great value for money. The Topflight rep Stefano was exceptional -he went out of his way to ensure that every member of the group was cared for and happy. His knowledge of the area was excellent and he was always relaxed and happy. He is a huge asset to Topflight. The group gelled well and we had a fantastic time.

Just back from Puglia - escorted trip with the fabulous Stefano as our guide. Would highly recommend. The hotel Relais Porta del Sud is in the countryside with a daily transfer service (free) to Ostuni. The staff are helpful and friendly (Davide, Luca and Sara at reception). The rooms are fresh, bright and spacious. There is a pool with sun loungers and umbrellas for free days. The excursions were well organised and Stefano was knowledgeable and provided interesting detail and history for each place visited.

I am really happy I wasn’t put off by the negative reviews as my experience was excellent.

We had a super holiday in Puglia. Our tour guide, Stefano, was superb. He anticipated the needs of the group in advance and had such a kind and caring manner towards everyone. He was also very knowledgable about each place we visited. He really went above and beyond for us. The areas we visited were stunning, the hotel was lovely and the staff very friendly and helpful. We could not fault a thing! Thank you.

I was extremely disappointed to discover that the advertised winery tour was not the one actually provided during the trip, and no communication was issued to inform us of this change.
As an architect, the opportunity to visit the Marqués de Riscal winery, including the Frank Gehry-designed hotel, alongside the Guggenheim in Bilbao, was a key factor in my decision to book. Notably, this winery tour is still being advertised on the Topflight website. While the overall tour was enjoyable, the failure to highlight such a significant change felt underhanded and misleading.

Really? It was the fact the hotel though isolated was still top class. The tour guide was brilliant- Carmella.

Very disappointed with the standard of food in Conca park Hotel. As a 4 star hotel the food was very poor quality. The same boring food used over and over again. No flavour, no choices just recycled food every evening. Never looked forward going for our evening meal the food was barely lukewarm and served on cold plates. I spoke to several guests and everyone said the same. The location is great and lovely helpful staff, but good food on our holiday is a must. I could not recommend this hotel to anyone.

From start to finish the holiday was fantastic. The resort reps couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel was exactly as described. We will travel with Topflight again for sure.

The amalfi coast bus trip was so very disappointing,a waste of time and money,after a short spell in the town we were herded into a boat to get us back to the motorway,no discussion or interesting info along the way.a waste of time and money.I did this tour many years ago and the difference in the two experiences was huge

Had a fantastic holiday last week in Sorrento booked through Topflight. The Topflight experience was very positive, and their on site reps friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The Hotel Astoria was the perfect setting, located in the centre of Sorrento. The staff in the hotel were also very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend both Topflight and the Astoria for those considering a holiday in Sorrento.

Our reps were wonderful but due to our bags not being taken from us we had to pay €60.00 at the boarding gate. As a result of dragging one case all through Dublin Airport my back probably was so agrivated I ended up using two crutches every day so we both needed wheelchair assistance on or return journey. We got NO assistance at Napls or Dublin so one of your customers helped us get our cases in Dublin . I'd appreciate a follow up call in relation to this please

Communications from Topflight both before and aTfter Holiday was good. Arrival at airport no problems. Tour guide was excellent, went way and above expectations. Hotel very disappointing in my opinion not a four star establishment more like a three.Cleaniness was good, but location and amenities let it down. Yes we were told the Hotel was outside of Ostuni town, but hadnt quite realised how far outside, approx 11 kms. with no taxi service available, and the hotel shuttle booked up very quickly and only available on certain days, you were left in the middle of nowhere with no where to walk, (no footpaths) no shop of any kind. The swimming pool is tired with parasols that were broken, snack bar only available 2-hours each day, no hand rails for those of us that have a few mobility
issues. Food would have to be another concern, its not everyone who adores Italian food and whilst I can eat pasta, I really dont want it for every meal, very little attention given to choice of international meals, dont think we saw red meat/ or chicken for the 7days. Accomodation for us did not come up to expectations, our room (131) was dark, small and offered very little in storage facilities, we both practically lived out of our suitcases, there was a set of 4-drawers but filled with 1st drawer extra blankets, 2nd drawer had pillows 3rd drawer had bed linen only leaving one drawer for us. Hanging space was again limited and certainly not suitable for long dresses. Toileties were scarce to say the least, we had to ask every day for shower gel and shampoo as they were never replaced, we had the smallest bar of soap imaginable. Hotel in general needs an upgrade, no where really to hang out to relax there was a room with a about 6chairs really not enough for a hotel of its size. No proper bar area. overall would not be recommending. Buses were clean and of a good standard Found the length of the tours just too long especially standing about in 35 deg heat - quite a bit of filling in time .
